Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

On the 8th and top floor of a 1930s building with elevator to the 7th floor, small charming studio bathed in light with a 14 m2 terrace in full sun with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Observatory. Ideally located close to transport 4 min and all amenities (Bakery, butcher, pharmacy 3 min from the apartment). The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, right next to the 5th arrondissement and Rue Mouffetard, and 10 min walk from Denfert Rochereau.

This spacious, tastefully decorated 115 m² loft features three bedrooms each with three large double beds. A 3-minute walk from the Parc des Expositions and a 5-minute walk from the Porte de Versailles metro station (line 12), it is ideal for both professional exhibitors and leisure travelers. The apartment is on the first floor (with elevator) of a listed 1930s building, on a private road closed to traffic. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

You'll love my place because of the view, the location, the ambiance, the many caterers on and around the street, the subway and bus stations. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers.
