Come and spend a few days in the heart of Burgundy between Châteaux, vineyards and Morvan lakes. On our property, the Gîte accommodates up to 4 people in peaceful comfort on the heights of COUCHES on the side of hills in the heart of nature. The typical ground floor with its fireplace opens onto a living room, a shower room and a covered terrace (smoking). We share our indoor pool from JUNE to SEPTEMBER. Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bed 140 cm and 2 x 90 cm. Mountain bike rental on request.

Well Cottage is a lovely cottage, very comfortable, ideal for 2 people. Detached house with private garden, located in a characterful property, former Presbytery of a charming village. Nice view of the countryside, the river, the old bridge. Privileged location: walking tours to Lake Pont and cycling along the Burgundy Canal. Proximity to the beautiful town of Semur En Auxois and wonderful famous sites (Parc d 'Alésia, Vezelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy and Chailly Castle.

Character house composed of 1 large bedroom, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, shower and separate toilet. It is located in the center of the village, set back from the main street. This listing is attached to our house and another Airbnb listing. You will therefore share access to the outdoor space (courtyard and garden) with us, and if the other Airbnb accommodation is occupied, also with the other guests.

My house is the ideal place to rest and to enjoy historical Burgundy . Nested in a green and peaceful countryside, this independent guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large kitchen downstairs and a second bedroom and a playroom upstairs. The kitchen being very large, I put 2 armchairs so you can enjoy the fire or watch TV. My house is perfect as well if you are on a professional trip in the area.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
