You will therefore appreciate the proximity (20 meters) of various shops for shopping and several restaurants. Free parking is available 7 days a week in the Quartz shopping center in front of my building (20 m). Please note, it closes every evening from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Overlooking the courtyard, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the city.
