I spent 3 weeks in this apartment It is easy to locate because it is close to Choisy train station, convenient access, in a quiet building It is clean, close to transport, convenient for getting to Paris (several transport lines that lead to the apartment) Next to it is the market (3 times a week) Supermarkets and restaurants nearby for all tastes Martin is very responsive, welcoming My stay went very well. I think this room is very good overall.It is about 15 minutes walk from here to the C Line train station, and the living environment is quiet.The room is equipped with everything you need, and check-in and check-out are also very easy and convenient.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

A big thank you to Fabien who does everything for his visitors with an instant reaction. - the accommodation described is perfect, beautiful living room, big screen TV, beautiful bedroom with 160 bed and very good mattress, perfect bathroom with washing machine, small outdoor area, nothing to complain about, but beware the tram t9 has a special price. Everything was very nice. Check in was flexible and very easy. The place was very clean and there is everything you need. We really loved the location, unlike centre of Paris, was very peaceful and we spent an amazing afternoon in the park nearby. Would recommend to anyone who wants to escape the chaos of big city and still enjoy peaceful stay near Paris city centre.

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

The proposed studio is very easy to access by car. Parking allows you to be quiet and I could see that it is well served by bus. The place is very quiet. The studio is of quality, the bed comfortable, and everything we see in the photo matches what's on site. Thanks to hosts for the instructions. For my part, I didn't need anything on site, although the presence of an iron would not have been too much. The presence of the washing machine is still appreciable, although you have to bring laundry, but for the price it's an insignificant detail.

I visited the Olympic Games in Paris and was able to reach Paris easily in an hour by bus & train. After a busy day, I was able to relax wonderfully in the apartment. The apartment was furnished with a lot of love, modernly designed and well equipped. In summer, it is wonderfully cool. The neighborhood is quiet and green. My car could easily park in front of the door and the journey is easy. 🤩👌🏼🔝👍🏻 My absolute recommendation. Merci 🙏 Isabelle

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There are plenty of shops and you feel safe walking home. Sophie's place is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The cherry on top was the jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and linens are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We will definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
