The house is great. Very spacious and well maintained. Communication was excellent too. I highly recommend it!

The place suited us perfectly, accommodating my entire family in a quiet, reserved and spacious place. The house is as described, has plenty of space, with comfortable rooms and an ideal backyard for those with pets. Flávia was always very attentive, clarifying doubts even before the reservation, making the check-in and check-out times more flexible, welcoming us with a great mood, giving tips on what to do in the city and making everyone feel at home.

A pleasant place, close to nature. Cozy house with everything we need. Very kind and helpful host, responds quickly, always available to assist.

We used the house for work, served 100%, comfortable beds, space for meetings with air conditioning, several places for lunch. Impeccable house, excellent quality bedding. Marlucia and her team are excellent people and always willing to help.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this amazing house! The space is spacious, very well maintained, with an excellent pool, barbecue and several comfortable rooms — perfect for gathering friends and family. I was able to celebrate my 40th birthday in style, with lots of partying and joy. The host was extremely helpful, polite and friendly from the first contact, which made the whole experience even more special. I recommend it without a doubt and would definitely come back for new celebrations!

amazing location, very beautiful indeed, both the indoor and outdoor area, even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was clean and organized. The staff is very hospitable, very nice. I think it's worth noting that it's an old house with a lot of green space, for those who like it, it's great, but it's not a sterile hotel-like accommodation in the city center. There are insects such as moths, mosquitoes and other small arthropods such as beetles. The house has an old wood smell, which to me is quite cozy. Because of the green area, it is a space with a lot of humidity in the air, there are those who like it and those who do not like it too. It was a great stay and positively surprised me!

Super cozy apartment,when entering you already feel the smell of cleaning,easy access,market in front, returning to Brasilia is my first option again thanks Vera.

The place is exactly as advertised! There is a bakery and market nearby, it's a great location! Valdecy was very helpful, and responded quickly to messages! We were made to feel very welcome

The apartment is great, exactly as described. The location is excellent and the space met our needs very well, especially the outdoor area, where we could leave our dog. Finally, host Fernanda is super attentive and helpful. I highly recommend it.

This is my second time staying in this apartment. The place is wonderful! Whenever I think of Brasilia, I imagine myself in Maria Regina's apartment!

The kitnet is very comfortable, all the furnishings and utensils of quality, was well clean, sheets, towels in great condition. It is on the top floor and the view is pleasant. Comfortable bed, firmer mattress, as I like. The very solicitous host, quickly answered my questions. A single detail is that many neighbors have dogs, both sides included, so there are barks from time to time, but nothing that has bothered me during the quiet hours.

Excellent stay! Everything is very organized and clean! The view is stunning! Iara is an excellent hostess! Very polite and always responds promptly!

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

A comfortable apartment and full of amenities at our disposal, market within the condominium, toy library (my daughters loved), gym, laundry, and a huge and beautiful pool. The apartment has a cozy, fresh balcony with a very pleasant view. Comfortably a family of 6 people, has an induction stove, air fryer and all the utensils necessary for cooking, in short, it was 3 very good and comfortable days. And I can't help but comment on the kindness of the building staff who have helped us in everything we need.

The Kátia apt is outstanding! The location is ideal and the location is super clean. It met all my needs, with everything close and easy to go on foot. Kátia was always very attentive and polite! I recommend the apt to everyone!
