Excellent apartment in Shangrila. The apartment is as it is shown in the notice. It is located 4 blocks from the beach and about 7 blocks from downtown where there are many restaurants, activities for children and shops. The apartment is on the first floor. The building has several apartments but it is very quiet, we did not hear any noise practically in the 10 days we were. and it has games on the ground floor ideal for boys The apartment has a very large living room with a table for 6 people, a sofa and smart TV with wifi that never fails. The kitchen is also very large with all utensils (cutlery, pots, grill items, microwave, oven, refrigerator) and two very spacious rooms each with air conditioning. The bathrooms are spacious, with electronic shower. It also has two balconies, one with churrasquera and a laundry room where to hang clothes and a washing machine. Really very happy and we will go back for sure

Dani is a VERY kind host, assisted us at check in, gave tips of places and super markets and the check out was extremely quiet. In addition to the place being very clean and very organized, the apartment is cozy and large, even we can hear the noise of the sea as it is facing the beach. We will definitely return.

We were received with great affection and care. Clean apartment, well maintained, fully equipped with pots, pans... clean bedding... anyway, we loved it and we certainly recommend it.

Our stay at Valéria's apartment was simply perfect! The location is great, close to everything we need and with easy access to the beach. The view from the apartment is wonderful, a real spectacle that makes any moment even more special. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful, ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy days off. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, super comfortable and organized. Valéria, the owner of the property, was super attentive and helpful from the first contact, always available to help us with whatever was needed. The cleanliness of the place and utensils is impeccable, everything was in perfect condition when we arrived. One detail that made all the difference was the beach accessories available, which made our stay much easier. Without a doubt, an experience we want to repeat!

Wonderful stay, Thiago and Mariuza (Host) super attentive, responded promptly. The apartment is wonderful, complete, has absolutely everything, towels, dryer, all imaginable kitchen items. We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

It was all as expected. Great location and environment. We plan to come back another time.

Apartment with easy access to the beach, nearby markets. A Mrs Mariuza very kind, always available to answer. Excellent sacada overlooking the sea. Top for that barbecue Although it was not missed by the good ventilation that the apartment has and available fans, it would be interesting air conditioning in the other rooms. The complete kitchen, for everything we need to prepare, we do not miss anything.

Great house !!! Me and my family love one of the very good air-conditioned rooms, the location of the house is not close to the beach without even a problem we already knew about it , but the location para restaurants and baking bars and pharmacies in great !! 5 min by car !!! Anyway east beach today has everything this house is worth a lot !! They located comfortable home well airy with are of leisure gourmet top top we will return for sure

We like the house very much, as the people said is a little away from the beach, but if you go by car it is very quiet. The house is well-equipped, wonderful pool, quietly accommodated 9 people… We had an unforeseen event regarding the refrigerator that did not work properly, but the homemade lent a cooler and Renata was super gentle in paying for the ices we spent. In relation to the heat the house is muffled, the fans available helped, but we took one more to ensure, in addition they commented that it will soon have air conditioning so it will be perfect! Curti and recommend demaiiiis! 🤩

The stay was wonderful, impeccable cleanliness, good accommodations, very nice utensils that have everything we usually use too, perfect. I would definitely go back to the house, it was very nice, very good space too.

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

The apartment has an amazing view, very clean, new furniture and very well equipped. Electronic check-in and check-out, which makes it much easier. Hostess super requests and attentive. Calm and peaceful beach. We will definitely come back more often.

Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the entire apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood seemed very safe to us. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We definitely recommend it!
