Beautiful house with extensive garden in front of the beach. Hammocks available to relax to the sound of the sea and a fireplace for magical moments at night. Direct access from the garden to the sand and spectacular view of Ilha do Mel. Covered barbecue and large living room with fireplace, a unique experience also in winter. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Beautiful newly built house. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. We have an en-suite with a double bed, closet and equipped with air-conditioning, plus a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and air-conditioning, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a fan. The house has a second bathroom. The main room has a high ceiling with attached kitchen and dining room and a mezzanine. The outdoor area has a barbecue and two hammocks. The patio accommodates 2 cars. The beach is about 300 meters away.

Take the whole family to this lovely home with plenty of room to have fun. Single-story house, space for 4 vehicles, barbecue, solar-heated pool and fenced for child safety, all rooms have air conditioning, new appliances, dishwasher for 10 place settings. You can hear the sea, 1 block from the beach. Supermarket, restaurant and ice cream shop very close. We are just over 1.5 hours from Curitiba and 15 min for crossing to Ilha do MEL
