The sea is 250 meters away on foot, with very easy access via a road without hills or stairs. The house is brand new, ultra-modern, built in 2024.

It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.
