The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent mountain views. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable taverns, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Ideal for 2 families who want to spend their vacation together or for a large group of up to 8 people. Free public parking right behind the house. There is a bakery, a café, and shops very close by. The sea is 250 meters away on foot, with very easy access via a road without hills or stairs. The house is brand new, ultra-modern, built in 2024.

TZANETI'S HOUSE

Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

The house is located in Limenaria, the second largest village in Thassos and a picturesque tourist resort. It is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood and is only a 5 min. walk away from the nearest beach. The rooms are spacious and sunny, with large balconies and terraces where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the mountains and the nearby village.
