The place was easy to find. It was quiet most of the time (there were brief periods of noise from the nearby construction site). It was very convenient that in less than 10min walking time you were at the beach or a restaurant. It was clean and had a baby crib which was important for us. The hosts let us check in earlier whuch was awesome! We are verg grateful for that! Whenever we had any questions they were very helpful and friendly and helped us in a timely manner! Thank you again!

Clean rooms. Good communication. Good location. When the weather was rainy, there is not hot water. The location from Airbnb isn’t right. You can put LuxosRoom on the navigation to find it. 2 min by walk from the biggest local supermarket.

Wonderful experience!!! Theodoros was very responsive and helpful host. His. place is very nice and on very quiet area 5 min walking from main street with restaurants and the beach bars. Comfortable and with all needed staff. We had few requests and he managed to finalized it on same day. Great host - thank you for your service. Definitely we will visit it again

Close to the beautiful beaches and city of Kavala, Irina’s place was the perfect spot for us to spend four days and nights. The place is very well designed, and has all the amenities you need for a trip. The view is incredible, and was a highlight of our visit. The house was the cleanest and tidy airbnb house I've ever rented. It deserves a badge. This small and new apartment was the best located apartment in the compound where it is located. Even though there was one step into the pool, it provided enough privacy when there were those in the pool. The hosts provided us with the necessary flexibility with check-in and checkout. As much as we didn't need it, they made us feel they were there for any of our issues. The location of the house was both very close to the bustling ofrinia coast and had the necessary features to have a quiet and calm time. The house had all kinds of equipment for long or short stays. The location of the house was within walking distance to both the main road, the sand, restaurants, and local and chain markets Although there was no need at check-in, the hosts welcomed us and wanted to make sure everything was okay. We communicated comfortably with the host in English. A place I can consider staying again and recommend to those who are looking to stay. Thank you so much.

It was one of those short holidays where you enjoy every single moment. I chose Olympiada over other destinations after a thorough research regarding the quality of the beach, beauty of the scenery and family vibe. I did the same with the accommodation, and I can tell you that for a family of 4, I got the best value for money. After a 12 hour drive and 34 hours without sleep, I got to Antonis’s location. Felt as home right away, everything clean and new, fresh and cozy. His mom even gifted us gem and fruits, while we enjoyed Antonis’s coffee on that lovely small terrace. TV, aircon, hot water, towels, kitchen, 2 comfortable ness. Loved it and would definitely come back. The beach is 300m away. Olympiada is wonderfully picturesque, very green. The beach was perfect, the sea even so. Stayed in the water 5h a day, as it was warm, clean and calm. The evening breeze was overwhelming, and we enjoyed the evening walks. Food was ok, but service was great. I miss Olympiada already…

The house is situated really close to the sea. It looks better than in the pictures and has everything you need. I liked that the area was quiet & not crowded but close enough to the beach, shops and the terraces on the sea shore. The bedrooms are comfortable. The terraces/ balconies of the house are spacious and quiet. We enjoyed our beach days at Cactus bar sun-lounges ( 20€ for 2 sun-lounges + 1 chair and an umbrella). The Ammolofoi beach is at 5 min by car and it’s simply great: fine sand, lots of cheap renting sun-lounges with parking included, clear blue water, great pomegranate juice. To sum up, it was a great holiday.
