Designed by Kat73, this house stands out with its idea of transformation, simple atmosphere and design-oriented setup, apart from the classic villa concept. The garden has an open kitchen, a long dining area and a small relaxation pool. It is located on the coastal road, within walking distance to Yalıkavak Marina. It offers a different Bodrum holiday that is design-oriented and enjoyable at the same time.

Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.
