Plenty of outside seating and dining areas and a swimming pool. There is airconditioning in all the bedrooms and living area and free Wi-fi in and outside. The villa can accommodate up to 16 persons. Enjoy the ubiquity of the smell of sea and the privacy of a generous lawn/playground. Experience holidays with a sandy beach in a 30 seconds walk from your bed. Most of our guests stay outdoor. Therefore, we take care to keep the front yard/lawn in a good shape. The interior is nor posh nor wannabe. Being situated at the sea, there is almost every day a sea breeze which makes it unnecessary to have an A/C. A fan on the roof is provided though.

ELVAGO Ideal for a family with 2, 3 or 4 children.

Detached house 200 m outside the residential village fenced and safe. My place is 380 m from the beach (7 minutes walk). It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with glass windows, two terraces with nice views, a stone barbeque, and 450 m2 outdoor flat area with lawn and flowers, suitable for activities with children (football, volleyball, rackets, etc.). Public transport (stop) is 80 m away. There are also many games.
