You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

It is dressed externally with stone from Dirfys, in the earthy colors of Dirfys and the surrounding nature. The back side of the apartments faces the ravine of Steni, surrounded by towering plane trees, walnuts, pomegranates and cherries closer to the ravine.
