We had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the location is incredible: beautiful ocean views and a 3 mins walk - via a private entrance - to the beach. Great communication with the hosts and the local recommendations for boat hire companies and restaurants with high chair facilities were very helpful. Aris and Anna also organized a WiFi router for us - so great! While there is a beach club close by to the house and we could sometimes hear faint music being played from the club, it didn't disturb us - especially when we discovered that the beach club was super chic and we could eat delicious meals there (we went there 3 times during our stay!). Highly recommend.

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... The host provided a warm and energetic welcome, introducing the apartment and apartment. The apartment was very clean, we did not have any safety issues. She gave great advice for local fish and cookies. The only issue (I think it was related to the occupancy) was that there was no hot water from 10pm to 9am. Everything else was tremendous, I made an apartment that I would want to stay again and a friendly friend. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

We stayed in Kavala for 3 days and had a great experience. The location was perfect and our host Marina was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos, fully equipped with everything we needed. Its central location made it easy and enjoyable to explore the city, and being in a safe neighborhood gave us peace of mind and helped us relax. Marina was very kind, helpful and really caring during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kavala!

Great location, helpful host

Location is great but nothing can beat that view. Right at the start of the old town so easy access to restaurants, the beach and the castle. The host was amazing and helpful with information needed. Highly recommended.
