Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Me and my family like it very much , the apartment is according to photos and description of the listing , a positive point is that there is an elevator in the building since the apartment is on the third floor , whoever is with two cars has a small square in front of the super quiet building that we left the second car there and we had no problems, tbm we use very good barbecue area by the way . Dona Maria who welcomed us very polite and requests a belezinha , and the owner of the extremely polite tbm apartment. We had a great stay .

The perfect family apartment, good quality facilities and a good location for those who want easy access to the highway and visit more distant beaches. In the surrounding area, there is not much to do, but with a 10 minute drive (without traffic) it is already possible to find good restaurants and streets with more things. Pay attention to the description in the directions of the car garage, famous as a van that did not fit in the vacancy of the condominium and we had to leave the car on the street, which does not have many vacancies available. The host is super agile to respond and help with whatever is needed! I recommend it and plan to come back more often.

Very beautiful apartment, with a stone in the room that gives an elegant touch, the person responsible was very attentive, helped us with everything possible. Very nice and clean apartment pool. Air Conditioning in both bedrooms, working perfectly, showerheated that it was a beauty, had ice water filter, microwave, clean fridge, even washing machine. They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. Everything is close by, I recommend it to discerning customers and we want to come back.

Luciana is a great host. Even before we arrived, she contacted us to facilitate our check-in, recommended good restaurants near the apartment, when we arrived she was already waiting for us. Your apartment is very comfortable, spacious and well ventilated, easy access to and from the beach. It was all very clean and organized. It has good rooms, comfortable beds, a bathroom with good showers and a great volume of water, a very good refrigerator, oven and stove. Large Smart TV, good internet, everything working well. We didn't even use the pool and sauna, which were also available. We didn't want for anything, we were at home. I recommend this apartment and the host as well. You can rent without fear.

We were greeted by Valéria, she showed all the apartment and the building. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Air-conditioning is new, in all bedrooms and living room. The employees are polite and helpful. We had no problem and at checkout we told Valéria that we were leaving. The swimming pools are great, especially for young children.

I really liked the apartment in general, very organized, the furniture and appliances all in working order, the host was very attentive. What I have to complain about is only the condominium itself, it left something to be desired this time, the heated pool was not working hot water from the day we arrived until the day we left from the 8th to the 12th of April, the gym is also very bad, several appliances not working, in maintenance it is quite abandoned, the carts to take and pick up the luggage are almost not found and also do not give instructions on how to remove them for use.
