Great place away from the hustle and bustle of the port. Clean and quiet area with grocery store just down the street. The beach was perfect for our needs as well. If we manage to make it back to the Bahamas would definitely check availability here. Thanks again!

We booked this villa last minute after we had already arrived in the Bahamas. The AirBnB we booked was awful so we actually ended up booking this place (in addition to the place we originally booked unfortunately). We wanted somewhere nice for Christmas. Everything was fantastic and it saved our holiday. The only sad part was that we could not stay longer as it was already booked so we had to return to our other AirBnB for the remaining days. I highly recommend this place. Was clean and had everything you would need. Plus the beach club and restaurant are great. Our girls used the gym and we got coffee at the dock every morning. The staff at the beach bar by the pool were amazing. There was a really lovely woman that looked after us each day. We loved the marina view every morning. The queen room has a small bunk room attached (via the bathroom) so this is good for little kids. Our teen daughters took over the queen room and the bunk room so it worked out perfectly for our stay.

The place was amazing and the environment was peaceful and very clean . Also , the owner Antonio was very helpful and was able to answer every query that I had . He also assisted with my flat tyre . Its a home away from home .

Was a great place to stay for my family of 3. It was a great size, functional and in a great location. Elise was very responsive with any questions we had. Hoping to come back someday!

Great great location! Precious and her daughter were wonderful! Close to everything .. gorgeous beach 1 minute walk! Watched the sunset there every night! Grocery store 1 block away. Super easy to catch the bus right in front of suite! Island time is real. We had such a great stay. Heads up. Make sure and request the king bed if that’s what you are after! It’s only on special request. I would definitely recommend Precious’ place to anyone visiting the Bahamas. Until next time !

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chyrisse’s place, 2 adults and 2 kids under 5. It wasn’t the most little kid friendly due to the glass furniture however we knew that based on the listing photos. The place was clean and had all of the essentials needed for cooking, bathing and pool. The pool was great with an amazing view of the beach. The beach wasn’t great, lots of rocks and very small. We didn’t rent a car but there were many restaurants in walking distance. Restaurants at Baha Mar 15 min walk or restaurants along cable beach entrance 10-15 min walk. Grocery store about a 15 min walk as well. The receptionist was also helpful in finding us a taxi. We walked down to a public entrance to cable beach by sandals hotel and it was not the best. Less rocks but lots of jet ski activity. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This condo is a very good option if visiting Nassau and want to avoid the resort crowds. The unit is very spacious and modern. The pool deck is immaculate and the highlight of the property. I've stayed in this building before and it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear from the elements. The unit itself has similiar feel including the furniture. There is a lack of good quality, reasonably priced restaurants in the area so having a kitchen is helpful. Can walk to beach very easily. Enjoyed the stay and would return. Host is very responsive and helpful.

If you are looking for an awesome condo with an almost private pool and beautiful view this is the place. The people there are extremely nice and provide us ideas on places to eat. And the security personnel were wonderful.

Beautiful and peaceful place on paradise island. We would def stay again, it’s a quiet, relaxing and modern spot, walkable to everything you need and want to see in the area. We had an amazing stay at this condo! Elvira, the owner, was incredibly kind, greeting us on arrival and checking in on us throughout our stay. The condo is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and beautifully decorated with Bahamian art. The spacious main bedroom features a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The two additional bedrooms share another bathroom. The pool is just steps away, and there are plenty of bath and beach towels provided. The in-unit washer and dryer were super convenient. A grocery store is just 3 minutes away by car. We also loved The Pink Octopus restaurant with its delicious food and stunning beach view. While the condo is a bit away from Nassau's main attractions, we preferred the peaceful location. Just note that the drive may take longer than the GPS suggests due to traffic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable stay with a fantastic host!

Loved our stay at Starfish! Having never been to Nassau I think I asked more questions than I have to any other host and she responded very timely and was super knowledgeable every time! The location was perfect for our family providing very easy access to the beach and pools. Very chill atmosphere which is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased the day passes for $22/day which gave us even more beach access, Inc bar and Pink Octopus access. Would definitely recommend this as well. The staff were amazing and so friendly they felt like friends! The condo was very clean and spacious. Was hard to leave and head back to the cold!

great place, my second home

Location, location, location! This place is tough to beat in terms of value. Right next door to Baha Mar, so you get those perks without having to fight off hundreds of people for chairs and space on the beach. We literally had our beach to ourselves every day! A couple minor things about the unit itself - the sliding glass door in the living room didn’t have curtains, so our daughters refused to sleep in the couch bed due to lack of privacy from the outside which was a bummer. The master bath shower had luke warm water at best all week (we even asked the front desk about it). And the 2nd bathroom had warm water 3 out of the 7 nights. Loved the space though and location can’t be beat.

Our stay was incredible! The home was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—private yet close to the beaches. Chantale was an awesome host, incredibly responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Judith’s home was a peaceful getaway. It’s close to many restaurants and excursions.

The cottage is located just behind the US Embassy on a private street with around the clock security, so I felt very safe. The cottage itself was very comfortable and relaxing. It's only about a 8 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The Fish Fry area is a little over a mile away, but you can take the bus for 1.50. The two restaurants we tried there, Goldie's and Oh' Andros weren't very good. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with the restaurants in the area. My savior was the McDonald's just down the street from the cottage. This was my first time in the Bahamas and more than likely my last. The beach was beautiful, but I'm from South Florida...

Peaceful, quiet and clean space. A little far from downtown but if you hop on bus #15, you’ll be get there within 30 minutes at only $1.50.

Has become our favorite home away from home. Don’t be scared to get out and snorkel out back, there are several rocks to check out close by. Wonderful place with everything you could need. Rent a car and drive around from beach to beach, use Kraven (Bahama DoorDash), or BBQ ton the deck. Fantastic, see u next time!

My family had an amazing stay. The house is exactly as it is described. We had a private chef and spent a relaxing weekend. Staff is very accommodating and accessible. We were able to take a quick walk to the beach but spent one full day in our private pool. Starbucks, supermarket, wine shop and even Domino's Pizza are all in walking distance. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils, flatware and cutlery.
