Vacation rentals with beach access in Paradise Beach

Ana's home was so beautiful! We had such a great stay and really enjoyed the amenities and the area. You really get what you pay for and it was better than the photos! I'll definitely recommend to others going to Tulum!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez JKW Vacaction Club, le logement était magnifique et très bien aménagé, petit bémol sur les travaux dans l'hôtel même si je suppose qu'avec un quartier en construction c'est un peu inévitable, malgré tout je recommande vivement !!

El alojamiento es precioso y muy cómodo, tanto el departamento como los espacios de uso común. Las vistas también. La playa fue difícil de disfrutar por las rocas y el sargazo, pero está cerca del coral lo que permite hacer snorkel y ver muchos peces. Hay que tener en cuenta que la ubicación es muy alejada del centro y otras zonas turísiticas, por lo que sí o sí es necesario un automóvil para realizar actividades fuera del alojamiento (salvo un cenote que queda cerca y se puede ir caminando). De todas formas eso estuvo aclarado desde el primer momento, lo que nos permitió preverlo y por eso fuimos en dos autos, por lo que no tuvimos ningún inconveniente para visitar otros puntos de Tulum. Hermosa experiencia.

great stay for a few nights in Tulum. it's on the edge of town which is nice if you are looking for a more peaceful retreat, which I was! you're surrounded by beautiful trees and tropical birds. it's really nice. it's still very easy to get to the center with shops and restaurants in a few minutes. the apartment was well decorated and furnished, and the bed was VERY comfortable. wifi signal was good and I was able to work from the apartment. there is a very cute cafe, Cafe Aroma, with great breakfast, juice, smoothies and coffee a few minutes walk down the road. Mariana was also so kind to bring a big bottle of drinking water after my checkin which was a friendly and appreciated touch. :) I would stay here again!

Apartamento incrível em um ótimo condomínio na parte sul de Tulum. Simplesmente impecável e amplo. Ótimos banheiros. Apartamento com tudo absolutamente novinho. Uma belo achado. Em retorno para a região, certamente consideraríamos um retorno ao apartamento.

We just loved Maréh’s house. Great location close to the old part of Tulum and many restaurants. Easy to drive to many places like Coba, Tulum Beach, many cenotes etc. Grocery shopping close by. Very quiet and private neighborhood. We loved the roof top pool for quick dips to cool off. The host was very responsive to the few small issues that we had and addressed them immediately. We would definitely stay here again. The value to the coat was fantastic!

well equipped, clean unit with all the amenities you could need for an extended stay. the bikes included worked well and allowed us to ride down to the beach during the day. the pool on the roof was gorgeous and we spent a fair bit of time just laying in the sun up there.

Our family and I loved staying at Tulum Mi Amor! The host was lovely and so responsive to every need we had. You know it’s a great place when you’re sad to leave. The location was perfect! Close to central Tulum where there’s shopping and restaurants. We loved the food cart pod! They have live music and salsa night. Also a fun playground for kids right across the street. We hope to plan our trip next year in March and stay there again! Thank you so much!!

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

Our family recently had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful slice of paradise in Soliman Bay. The home is within a boutique-type hotel that offers exceptional concierge, dining, and cleaning services. We were taken care of from beginning to end with prompt communication before our arrival to dedicated support and advice while staying there. Matias was our primary concierge contact, and my husband and I were so thankful for the endless tips, suggestions, and help he provided us. A continental breakfast is included in your stay and what a delight it was to see Bernie greet us every morning with the delicious fresh items. In addition to providing us tasty food, he offered great stories! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. While we were off adventuring during the day, we loved coming back to our beautiful home, which offered excellent seating areas to see the gorgeous ocean, comfortable beds, filtered water, fresh towels, and a pool table. We hope to return!

Our stay in Tulum was absolutely perfect, thanks to this amazing property and Florencio’s exceptional hospitality! The pool and hot tub were highlights; beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Florencio went above and beyond, ensuring every need was met with warmth and efficiency. The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for an unforgettable trip. We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This place was a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and the best part was that it was lonely ! Juan Luis was very attentive and such a great host ! Only negative comment was that there was hardly ever any hot water. But other than that, it was great !!

Was a pleasure staying at the home, everything was as described and photos were perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and not too bad of a drive to the beach. House was immaculately clean! Pool was great and an added bonus! Even better in person. Thank you again for everything.

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

I had a fantastic stay! Carol was an amazing host—super responsive, timely, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She even assisted with booking a few things during our trip, which made everything so much easier. The place itself was spotless and modern, with super comfy beds and great amenities. Everything was clean and well thought out, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and would definitely book again!

Muy buen lugar, muy bonito las instalaciones tanto del departamento como del condominio. El jacuzzi salió el agua caliente muy bien y muy privado . La playa está a 7 minutos en coche y todo es de muy fácil acceso El estacionamiento muy seguro igualmente El único inconveniente fue que el check in es hasta las 4 de la tarde, pero fuera de ahí todo muy bien Gracias Gustavo!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel grâce à Luis, notre hôte attentionné qui a littéralement fait des pieds et des mains pour nous aider à chaque petit besoin. Il s’est déplacé à plusieurs reprises pour nous dépanner, toujours avec gentillesse et rapidité. L’appartement était impeccable : d’une propreté irréprochable, avec un soin remarquable porté aux détails — serviettes bien disposées, vaisselle complète, décoration soignée… tout était parfait pour qu’on se sente chez nous. Le complexe est magnifique, très sécuritaire, et la piscine est superbe et toujours bien entretenue. Je recommande cet hébergement à 100 % et je remercie sincèrement Luis pour sa disponibilité, son temps, et toutes ses petites attentions qui ont fait toute la différence. Merci encore !

We spent 10 days in Katie’s Tao Tulum condo, which was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for two couples. The laundry facilities and well-stocked kitchen were great, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, complete with a pool and a walkable neighborhood. **Neighborhood:** The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants like Mamazul, Algeria, and Rossina Cafe. Massage at Tulum Wellness Center and chiropractic with Israel (above Safari Comedor) were just a 6-minute walk away. Chedraui grocery store is a short drive away—just remember to validate your parking ticket! **Beach:** The beach is around a 45-minute walk or a 20-minute drive away. We found biking challenging in the heat, so renting a car or taxi is advisable . Taxis varied in price from $20 to $40for a 7-minute drive. For beach clubs, we recommend La Zebra for its chill vibe and free parking with a receipt—no minimum spend required.
