Located in the midst of a quiet serene green surroundings, this place is ideal for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. The place has a welcoming vibe the moment you enter inside. The Villa (Villa 1) we hired was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The rooms and bathroom were clean. There is a UPS for power backup, the kitchen is well equipped to make quick coffee and breakfast. We did not cook much as the canteen in the premises delivered delicious food at very affordable prices. The upper bedroom could be a lil tricky to climb up for elders, but kids loved it. The verandah, outside places to sit and relax, the hammocks to lie on a lazy afternoon are perfect additions. Dubbanasisi beach is less than a km to walk. Gokarna main beach is about 3km. The caretakers Puneet and Rudresh were extremely gentle at the same time quick to respond. Host Shaila Ashok was kind and handled our calls promptly every time. Definitely coming back here with my family.

Absolutely loved the place and highly recommend it! The house was exactly as described; located in a serene and very quiet village with a laid back vibe. It's on a large land with mango orchard to walk around and a lovely courtyard to hang out, exercise or play games with friends and family. Completely unpolluted environment with nature all around you; lots of fresh air; the only noise you hear is the birds chirping. It has a fully functional kitchen; fantastic for long stays, staycations or work-vacations. The only caveat - you need a vehicle to go around since the house is located in a very small village, not easily accessible by public transport. Having said that, it is only 5-10 min drive to serene South Goa beaches of Palolem, Patnem, Galjibag and Talpona with all their vibrancy, restaurants and commerical areas. You can easily switch from the serene house to a vibrant beach area in a few minutes drive. I am definitely coming here again for a longer stay.

Areca County is nestled amidst lush greenery in a calm, serene environment. The resort has five cozy cottages, a dining hall, and a small library/game room. For cycling enthusiasts, bicycles are available to explore the surroundings. The cottages blend village-style architecture with modern amenities, creating a comfortable and rustic feel. However, it would be even better if they provided tea and coffee refreshments in the rooms, as that has become a standard offering in many hotels. The highlight of the property is the verandah, where my family and I spent most of our time. Though we were only in the rooms to sleep, we enjoyed the verandah for reading, chatting, and soaking up the tranquility of nature. The gentle rustling of leaves and birdsong created a peaceful ambiance that made it hard to leave. he food at Areca County is limited in variety and a bit costly, but the taste more than makes up for it. Each dish is simple, delicious, and easy on the stomach.

Honestly, we had the most fantastic time. The place is just...wow. You're surrounded by nature, it's so peaceful. And Narayana and his family? They're just the best. They made us feel like we were part of their family when we arrived. It was so comfortable and welcoming. Plus, being able to stroll down to Kudle Beach whenever we wanted was a huge bonus. And let me tell you about the food! Nandini's cooking was incredible. Every meal was delicious, we were always looking forward to what she'd make next. Seriously, if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with really lovely people and great food, this is the place to go.

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Villa, Aadwika homestay is great place. it has beautiful interior .The villa is very well maintained.We travelled from long distance and were tired but when we entered the villa's aura our tiredness was lost.The villa's design is unique and ethnic.The owner is very friendly and his hospitality and service was very great. No words. The nature around the villa is very beautiful. Overall I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.the villa's ethnic decor and excellent service make it a truly unforgettable experience. Absolutely!
