Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Papeete

Stayed at davids place for our last stay! Very close to the beach and airport and also a convenience store nearby which the big one closes at 7 or 8pm and the mobil express is 24h which is great as most shops close early. There are also eateries nearby like vini vini. David was very nice and even gave me a gift (very thoughtful) his place is definitely worth the value and have a nice calm setting. Thank you for the stay!

Augustin is a great and helpful host. He went out of his way to help us feel at home And accommodate us on more than one occasion. The house was cleaned and spacious. Option for air conditioning is also great! We were there for one night and it was good. Location is good for airport access.

Chris's place met our expectations greatly. Owner occupying the upstairs of the house, very delicate and discreet, leaving us the use of the space with swimming pool in private. Very spacious and pleasant accommodation, overlooking the pool and ocean view. A breathtaking and breathtaking view of Morea, this location is simply exceptional. The dog adopted us right away, she is adorable, present but not inconvenient. We would unreservedly recommend Chris and his partner's home.

Absolutely the best Airbnb! Tea and Sam went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous!! Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful setting and the beach is wonderful!! I loved my stay here! Very comfortable and relaxing. I was the only one staying so I had the large back patio and kitchen to myself. Natalie and her family were very helpful with anything I needed. I didn’t have a car and the walk up and down the hill is quite challenging but with good shoes, it was fine and I got used to it as part of my day. Close to many shops and bus lines.

Arnaud is very responsive and accommodating. The house is superb, very well-equipped and impeccably clean. Geographical location close to beautiful beaches. Everything was perfect!

As stated in the listing, a real cozy nest, a window on paradise, a peaceful haven close to everything but isolated enough to feel unique and recharge after a day of work or sightseeing! Thanks for two weeks!

A real pleasure to stay with Tatiana and Robert, welcoming, kind, available. The nice,spacious, well-equipped house with beautiful terrace and pool is a few minutes from the beautiful beach of Vaiava and shops. Thank you for the morning welcome from Tatiana whom we met little (holiday) Thanks to Robert for sharing the fruits , tasting the "still hot " uru and especially the exchanges about Polynesian life and the future as well as our various experiences. We are delighted with our stay, although short, with Harald and his small family. We found a very clean accommodation, with linens available (there were 4 of us), and very well-equipped. Harald and his wife gave us all the information we needed for our arrival beforehand. Finally, the accommodation is very well located, 5 mins walk to the supermarket and the seaside promenade, 10 mins from the city center and all amenities. That was great! We'll be back and recommend! ❤️

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! If I could give more stars, I would do so gladly. Three of us stayed here for six nights and we loved every minute. We were especially thrilled by the breathtaking view of Papeete’s harbor and distant Mo’orea. We spent countless hours on the terrace watching dramatic sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is beautifully appointed and is equipped with modern appliances. Diane was a gracious host. She was always available to answer questions and give us recommendations. She made us feel right at home. I cannot thank her enough for her personal attention. If you decide to stay here (and you should!), I recommend you rent a car or have the phone numbers of a couple of taxi drivers. The apartment is near the top of a steep hill. We walked it several times for exercise and were pretty winded by the time we reached home. I hope to return to Tahiti in 2026 or 2027 with my wife. We will certainly stay here. If you stay here, you will leave with a lifetime memory!

I am grateful for this apartment stay I enjoyed after traveling a long day. Easy access from airport, beautiful view and safe, clean modern space were highlights. I had a nice walk to the ocean shore where there were cultural activities and local food. I highly recommend this place! Mau’ru’uru!

Wonderful accommodation worthy of a 4-star hotel. The welcome is friendly and perfect. A beautiful equipped kitchen allows you to be independent for cooking. Very large bathroom with walk-in shower. Beautiful bedroom with quiet central ventilation. Dressing room for storing everything. Balcony with table, chairs and armchairs to watch the sunset over Moorea. A magnificent swimming pool and available for the 4 B&B and owner's accommodations. Beautiful garden. Private parking with plenty of space. Quiet & peaceful place. Lots of taste in the decoration of the accommodation. Free and fast WiFi. Exceptional value for money. I will come back to it without hesitation. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay.

The apartment is in a quiet area and well connected to the city center by bus or taxi. We stayed 4 nights and it was like home, very comfortable. It has everything you need for a private and comfortable stay. Julia and her team are excellent hosts and super friendly. They are attentive and resolve any issues or concerns that arise. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a quiet stay in Tahiti.

What a place! You have got views on whole Papeete, with swimming pool on top. Terrace, two bathroom, Netflix and A/C.. What else do you need? Highly recommended!

My wife and I really appreciate this apartment which is very well located, tidy, peaceful, secure, spacious and above all very warm, really. It is not far from all amenities. This was our second stay and it's always a pleasure to stay and rest. The hosts are available and very responsive, which is really very appreciated.

It's very clean and modern. The view and pool are highlights. It's in a gated community up on a hill, so it's quiet with no street noise. We had our two year old son with us and he loved the pool and the balcony.

Just got home from 4 days here and we had a wonderful time. The location is great. Close to the airport and great beaches. The view from the balcony is worth it!! More than enough space for the two of us. We appreciated the beach access, ocean view, close location to a couple restaurants and a grocery store. The unit felt safe and quiet. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.

The apartment was great for our couple of days stop in Papeete. We parked our small rental car in the garage and walked everywhere during our stay- easy walk to the market, waterfront, restaurants. We felt safe when walking both during the day and after dark around the area but also know that it is city and to stay aware of the surroundings. The information provided by the host on how to check-in was thorough and the apartment was clean. Note, if you have a car- you will need to find a place to park outside the building and then enter the building to get the keys before being able to enter the parking garage. We wish we would have had more time to stay here in the city!

We are very grateful for Farerau and Thomas! Unforeseen circumstances happened with our reservation, but they went above and beyond to help us when we otherwise would not have had a place to stay! If there is any problem, you can take comfort in knowing that you will be taken care of! They provided another place for us to stay and gave us a refund. But they didn’t stop there: Thomas took us to a beach to watch the sunset over Moorea. Also, since it was our last night in Tahiti, and my husband realized that he never got to eat any mangos, we mentioned it and Thomas went out and bought us some along with some refreshments! They were very kind, caring and trustworthy people! We enjoyed getting to know them and learned a lot about Tahiti and the culture too! Thank you so much for making our stay great!! We would book it again!
