Vacation rentals with a patio in Paola

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

Although our stay was very short, we had a great time. The apartment is clean, tidy, equipped with anything. The owner is very kind, available at any time of the day. It felt like home.

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

It is an accommodation on the outskirts of town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Amazing host, amazing experience—couldn’t have asked for more.

Karolina's apartment was completely new and tastefully furnished. It had all the comforts. The location of the apartment was also good: close to the old town and with sea views. Communication with Karoline was pleasant. Thank you for staying in your nice apartment, Karolina!

Very nice and clean place

we only stayed for 1 day and we didn't made justice to the place. if youbare visiting this place atleast you should book for 4 -5 days. what a great host and family. the whole farm house was so wonderful and peaceful. my daughters really had a good time with the pets. one of the best croissant I had in breakfast made my hosts wife. place is so wonderful and I can't wait to return back. we'll done and keep maintaining the standard.

Irene and Vittorio were discreet hosts, they left us full freedom of action and were always available to meet our requests (from laundry soap to kitchen pots). The linens (sheets and towels) were fragrant, and in the middle of the stay they were completely replaced. We were provided with extra pillows (new, under vacuum). The garden is very nice and ideal for children to play safely (we were also lent a swing from their grandchildren). The silence that allows you to hear the noise of the sea a few meters away is priceless. There are dishes of all kinds (plates, bowls, trays, glasses, ladles and cutlery in abundance). Very comfortable sink and clothesline area, double outdoor shower in the green, and with hot water, superlative. Fresh water in the refrigerator and a welcome cadeau upon arrival. We would have extended the stay but the house was already booked by other guests. We will definitely be back, 10 and praises the hosts.

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

I've only been in this place for a day, unfortunately. Extremely comfortable, large and spacious accommodation. Equipped with two very comfortable bathrooms. Very useful for parallelizing the classic morning operations. Large and well-stocked rooms. There are more air conditioners than doors😅. Even the kitchen is extremely well-stocked

Well organized and clean accommodation, easily accessible and in a strategic position to be able to reach all places on the coast of the gods. Very quiet and peaceful area. Well-stocked kitchen with every utensil and very welcoming private garden. Rosa has always been a host present at every request and information.

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! Perfect place to sleep without stress around, clean environment, with air conditioning and TV. very kind host and super responsive in communication. Place with a beautiful view. Recommended

We had a great time, the house is exactly as described, bathroom and rooms are renovated and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cutlery. Marco left a few basic supplies but I suppose this will depend on what guest left behind. Marco left a nice hotel soaps with the towels which is a nice gesture. The location is good the city centre is only 15 min waking down and 25min if you are going back up...good luck! the place is spotless the beds very comfy and air-conditioning in all rooms,also smartTV in the kitchen, top notch facilities, families need to be mindful that there is no microwave. The property is located in a high street with plenty of bars, patisserie and supermarket. The property is located near train tracks, you can hear the train but it is not a bother as we spend most of our time away. The garden needs some care and attention to remove clutter to make it more attractive. we would definitely come back. Calabria is great and this is base to explore the region.

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

Warm welcome. Nice place with friendly people. Good base for all kinds of activities (sea and beach, hills with wonderful cycling roads, the mighty beautiful town of Corigliano, Parco della Sila, etc.). Grapefruits, orange and lemons as much as we wanted. Nice and fast communication. Nice lounge chairs on a lawn with a beautiful view. We had a great time.

Lucie's apartment is very nice and well maintained, it is equipped with everything from toilet paper to soap dishes to ball to play. Lucie is a very kind and helpful person and responds quickly to messages. Even check-in despite her absence was very simple because she had provided us with all the information in detail. The apartment is in a very quiet park, overlooking the sea, you almost always have to take the car but it is in a place where you can reach every destination quickly. Our experience has been really positive. Calabria is a wonderful land, enchanting places and good food, too bad it is not always well maintained and valued.

This apartment was very large and open and felt like home. So easy to walk to the beach, train station, old town and town center. Absolute perfect location for not having a car! The owner and property managers go above and beyond to help with anything you could possibly need. Incredibly responsive and friendly. It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

The room is beautiful, with a wonderful sea view and very comfortable. Chiara was extremely helpful and flexible, including check-in and times. I will definitely be back in summer so I can also fully enjoy the beautiful panoramic terrace and pool. Highly recommended experience!

Great host, responsive and helpful! Home was just as pictured with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The pedestrian stairs down to town (about 4 sections) made it easy to leave the car parked at the apartment and wander the old town and the beach. Great value, highly recommend!
