La casa ,su 2 piani,è così composta: al piano terra ampio ambiente con cucina, salotto con divano letto e bagno di servizio con lavatrice; al primo piano 2 camere matrimoniali,una camera con letto a castello e bagno principale. All'esterno grande giardino con portico attrezzato con seconda cucina , barbecue, tavolo da pranzo . E' presente inoltre un locale lavanderia/spogliatoio e una comoda doccia.
