It is located on 3 acres with a pond filled with bass, crappie, catfish and brim. It has a cooking shed out back with a place to watch tv, throw darts and a fire pit. It also has a shed out back where you could back a boat under. The house has a king, queen, full and 4 bunk beds. The master bath has a big tub along with a shower.

Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
