This place was what we were looking for in a quiet wooded area. It was close to friends and family, as well as to shopping and other amenities. The house was well equipped, clean and pleasant to use. The one significant drawback we noticed was that the sleeping areas are located up a very steep spiral staircase without railing or handgrips. We used the pull-out couch downstairs for sleeping, while our young adult children had the whole upstairs to themselves. In general, the house entirely met our expectations and we would stay there again.

Beautiful and spacious location. There were two of us, but you can feel free to stay there with 4 people. Also child-friendly with gate closed. Very clean and tidy upon entering. Nothing is missing and we'd love to come back sometime. We were well received and everything was neatly explained. Parking right outside the door. The path is unpaved.

Beautiful Villa in Westend Berlin

We were all super happy with the place. It was large, open, quiet and above all within walking distance not far from the fair. Free parking is right in front of the house, so we didn't have to walk far with bag and pack. The kitchen was equipped with coffee, sugar, milk, spices, etc., so even without having to do a big shopping, we could eat something in peace and also enjoy the coffee in the conservatory tomorrow. Everything was available in the bathroom and we could have kindly used the shampoo, etc., in case you forgot something. The landlords were super nice and also made us very good recommendations on where you could get a great breakfast on the way to the fair, for example. We were able to discuss check-in and check-out relatively flexibly with them and therefore also had a very relaxed time there. We would love to come back!

This place really exceeded our expectations and pictures don't really capture how peaceful and serene it feels. You have a cottage at the back of a large apartment building on a quiet street. For Berlin, it is extremely quiet and it was great to hear the birds in the morning. The living room has great light with large windows and skylights. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of space-- great if you are doing an extended stay. Kitchen had enough utensils to cook. Shower was great. Plus to have a washing machine. It was early spring so we couldn't use the garden, but in the summer, it would definitely be an oasis from warm days. It was very thoughtful for Simon to provide some breakfast items in addition to coffee/tea -- there was milk, margarine, butter, jam, bread. Simon was a great host -- very responsive, warm, and helpful, but also hands off in a way that made you feel like you were staying at a friend's place. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for our visit to do the Berlin Half Marathon. Great location with easy tram route access. Clean and tidy. Nice and spacious kitchen area. More than big enough for 6 of us. Nice bathrooms. Great communication from Oliver. Easy check in, Oliver was waiting for us on arrival.

We absolutely loved staying here! Gorgeous and unique house, tastefully decorated and nestled amongst the trees in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for families (we were two) and a paradise for children, loads of toys, a tree house, sand pit, rabbits and more. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly when we had any questions. They also recommended us the BEST neighbourhood on Halloween, and we were hugely impressed by the effort Berliners in this area put into the holiday! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This place was perfect for our family! Not only did it have a wonderful yard for my kids to play in there was also small toys inside, a changing table, high chairs and a travel crib. The bed was comfortable for us and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to a nice trail along the canal, grocery stores and bakeries. Would love to visit this place again!

We felt very comfortable in Andrea's cozy house. My grandchild ( 1 1/2 ) was also very satisfied. We didn't miss anything. With the public transport (a 15-minute walk), the sights in Berlin-Zentrum or the long-distance stations are easily accessible. The Märchenviertel /Elsengrund settlement has been designed as a garden city by architect Otto Rudolf Salvisberg. A 100-year-old, liveable monument of Berlin's modernity, carefully renovated and very quiet. The adventure playground in the forest (a 10-minute walk) is also well suited as a picnic area. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Andrea is friendly, helpful and very attentive. Thank you very much.

We had a great week in Katrin's beautiful house. The transport connection is great, you can easily take the S-Bahn to the center in 20 minutes. Katrin was very kind and thoughtful and available at all times. The house is super cozy and clean and even has a terrace and garden. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

Everything was nice and clean and tidy and the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to take good care of himself. Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

A wonderful place to stay - cozy, plenty of space and well decorated. We were able to enjoy the terrace and grill in great weather. Michael and his wife helped us super with tips on activities and excursion destinations and were consistently super hosts. An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants a great vacation home. And… it has already been mentioned in many reviews, but here again: a fantastic kitchen for cooking together.

We have rarely had such a relaxing holiday:) For whatever reason, we woke up every day at sunrise, started the day with a coffee on the terrace in the beach chair or were alone on the lake with the rowing boat 'Odi‘ (included:)!)..a dream. Hans' two-story building is perfect, clean, beautiful, and artistic. I was lucky to be able to book it. Highly recommended! It is very close to S-Ban station and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The heating was adjusted before check-in and the room temperature was comfortable throughout the stay. By the way, the owner's paintings are great too!

The stay was wonderful for us. The remise is well furnished and has everything you need. Stefanie and Christian were super friendly hosts and even provided us with something to eat in the kitchen on the day of arrival, as we arrived quite late. The four of us did workation in Rico's place and it was great for that! In addition, we had great weather and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! What we may have missed or misread that the accommodation is very close to the water, but that there is no proper access and the nearest swimming spot is a bit away (about 3km). Otherwise, there are two small places where you can see the lake (about 10 minutes walk) But otherwise everything is regulated by private entrances. Nevertheless, it was really nice and the house has everything you need! Also a nice terrace to eat outside, a garden with space. So really great!
