Beachfront vacation rentals in Panaji

This was one of the top experiences we've had in terms of stay. The appartment is located in a gated community with lush greenery and ample things to do. Baga beach is at a walkable distance and the host was very proactive and easy to communicate with 😌.

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

I traveled all over Goa for a month and this was by far the best stay for me. Soft mattress, clean, professional, quiet, very comfortable and convenient. The guys were great also, truly a pleasure ✨🌈✌🏽

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

The room was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Moreover, the host were very helpful, and available always. It was a good stay over there. Haven't faced any issues because of their pro active responses to our concerns. They allowed us to do early check in as well.

Excellent Family-Friendly Stay in Goa! Rating: 5/5 We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property in Goa with my family! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. The property is exactly as shown in pics. Advay is a nice host and ready to help. The check-in was smooth. The apartment is walking distance from the main road in a peaceful neighborhood. It is ideal for couples and can accommodate upto 4 people. It has all the required amenities. The Swimming pool is wonderful. However it closes at 7PM. It would have been great if the timing is extended. Overall a good value for money stay. I will definitely look forward to staying here on my next visit to Goa.

Amazing place and very good staff.

It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

My parents had a wonderful stay at Mr. D’Souza’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly hospitable, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for their visit. They truly felt at home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay! Would definitely book again in the future.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property! It really exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. The property closely matches the photos and has a charming, aesthetic appeal. The rooms are well-maintained and the bathrooms are clean, though we did notice a few spider webs and some dust in corners. One of the rooms lacks a window, which caused some ventilation issues, so we had to keep the AC running most of the time. The surroundings are lovely, with plenty of trees creating a peaceful atmosphere, and the beach is just a short walk away. The space is comfortable for 3–4 adults or a family with 2 kids. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it’s still a nice spot to relax and unwind. Overall, it’s a safe and secure property, and I would particularly recommend it for female travellers.

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. Would surely come back soon. P.S. people living in other cottages are very friendly!

My family came to Henry's place after spending 2 weeks in Delhi. This being their first time in India, this peaceful beach home was exactly what they needed. Everything was impeccably clean and organized. The house is located just steps away from a surprisingly quiet part of Calangute beach - a detail that we welcomed given that it was high season. Tons of good places to eat are within walking distance. It was also super easy to get a cab to explore different parts of the Goan coast, even late at night. Henry was also very caring in looking out for us. My step dad fell ill with a cold early into our stay and Henry checked in regularly to make sure he had the care he needed. The house keeper, Sumitra, is also incredibly helpful and picked up after us and did our laundry (something we're definitely not used to in America). Overall I'd highly recommend Henry's place to any large group looking for a relaxing vacation.
