Located on the outskirts of Panajachel, outside the hussle and bustle, you can walk to the center of town in 10 to 15 minutes, or go by tuk tuk or car in five minutes.

Casa Marroquí (formerly known as Muzzen Muzzef) was designed by our parents after their trip to Morocco in the 70s. Its arches, domes and stained glass details are some of the enchanting architectural features they so admired and wanted to bring home with them. This unique property meets the shores of Lake Atitlán, which is one of the most wonderful lakes in the world. Its cobalt blue waters and the three volcanoes surrounding it make the view from the house a breathtaking experience.
