The place is calm and cozy, both close to nature surroundings and Devin center. The space itself is clean, modern, and really well set up. The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s a nice living room area with beautiful sunlight in morning. The hosts are amazing—super welcoming and helpful with everything I needed.

What a beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay so much. The place looks amazing on the pictures and in person is even more impressive. The mountains around are the most picturesque part of the Rhodopes. The village is quiet and peaceful. You can hike to many places. The house is very comfortable and it is equipped with anything you need for a nice stay. We were 8 and we felt enough space to chill, cook and play board games for a long weekend. The hosts are lovely and the communication was smooth. A place we all wish to visit again soon.

Great place for a mountainous getaway! Super relaxing, nice hikes close by, short drive to beautiful Smolyan and has a nice spa! The place was clean, comfortable and inviting!

Great place! I recommend it to everyone with both hands. Cozy, clean, spacious, and in a comfortable space for hikes. And for relaxation with children, it's more than perfect-there's a playground for young and old. I hope to repeat this time for more time.

Beautifully decorated nordic themed apartment, within what seems to be an old hotel. Clean enough and had what we needed for making a meal. Bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken by the early morning light as theres no blinds or curtains - beautiful views though and lots of parking. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working so if your booking for the hot tub, as we were, then I’d check with the host to make sure it’s working.

Epic house set in the beautiful Bulgarian mountains! We loved having the pool, sauna and hot tub, which all contributed to a really relaxing stay. The space was also perfect for our large group, particularly having the big dining area, which included an open fire/BBQ, and en suite bathrooms off all the bedrooms. Luba looked after us so well and made every effort to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Great communication too.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment, thought of many things, mostly for the youngest visitors - there are toys, books, a high chair and a playpen. The owners are very understanding, quick to respond and go out of their way to address any needs of the guests.

The location of the apartment is great - there is a lift in the vicinity which is next to Studenets. Also across the street from the hotel is a sledding track, a skiing school and a rings drop (tires). The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a convenience store and a pharmacy in the building. Restaurants are nearby. The restaurant at the hotel itself does not work and the building looked slightly abandoned.

Very nice and cozy studio - clean and well equipped. The unit is within walking distance to downtown. Also from there it is easy to get to Shiroka laka and Pamporovo. I would visit again.

I and my friend liked the apartment very much. It was extremely clean and cozy and the host was very kind and welcoming. He gave us recommendations for all the restaurants and grocery stores around, and took care of our wonderful stay. Also, there were constantly two parking spaces available in front of the block, which was practical.

Zdravko's place had everything needed. It was at a great location - just 15 minutes to Studenets lift. Finding a parking space was easy because there are 2 parkings nearby. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Zdravko was very friendly and responsive. Will definitely stay here again :)
