Wonderful location in Fairfield Harbour! Just 1 block to the neighborhood pool, where hosts Terri & David arranged free passes for us to swim. This home suited our needs perfectly while in town to attend a sailing regatta. We really enjoyed our stay so close to the marina, and look forward to returning for the next regatta!

We had a wonderful stay as a family! The boys loved the pool, the beach area, and the pier access for fishing. The house was perfect for a family of 4. Love the location in relation to the ferry to go over to Moorehead City/Atlanric Beach, quick drive to Oriental, and easy drive to New Bern. I would certainly rent here again!

What a hidden gem! We stay here with our children (8 and 5yo). The house was incredibly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wonderful view from the deck. The property is beautiful. We fished off the dock for hours and had a blast swimming in the pool. We even saw a dolphin swim within 20 feet of the dock! Oriental is a cute town nearby - we had great carry out from The Silos and went to The Bean for ice cream. Piggly Wiggly grocery store had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and have already booked our next trip! Thanks for having us.

This home was one of our best stays ever. The house was beautiful and very well appointed! I appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets as it made everything easy to find. And the labels on the light switches helped as well! We cooked in and found everything we needed in the kitchen plus we enjoyed being able to grill. And the snack basket was a nice touch! The house was immaculate and very well cared for. We enjoyed hangout there when we weren’t out exploring. It was an easy drive to downtown New Bern. And the property and neighborhood were great for our dog. Jacqueline was friendly and proactive and we could not have asked for a better host. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return. All around great stay!

The home was perfect for our needs. It was clean and cozy and we loved the back deck. The management was so easy to work with! We felt right at home here and we will definitely go back!

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend in a quiet place with a walking path around the small lake. Both the indoor space and outdoor space were enjoyable. This is not a new property but is very nice.

The house is even better than the pictures! The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. You get more than what is pictured and that not normally the case. It was like walking into a brand new home. Would recommend over and over again.

Home was great - exactly as pictured and described. Very spacious and clean. Perfect for our family so we could visit our elderly relatives who live close by. Thank you for a great stay and highly recommend to others!

Right on the main street & within walking distance to everything.

Had a blast was right on the water stayed last year at another place but wasnt on the water like this place had boat dock so that was really nice unloaded boat tied it up to dock didnt have to worry about anyone messing with your stuff because it was there personal dock so not having to worry about other people being around !my boat and belongings so our stuff was safe they have plenty of fishing rods and kayaks if ypu,just wanted go on a little kayak stroll out for a day. I really,liked how peaceful,it was just a good place and quiet will defintely be going back next year and planning on staying in the same place actually i couldnt believe how quiet it was nice deck on side of house if you want to read and drink ur coffee with a view didnt have to worry about neighbors very quiet and peaceful place!! Loved it!!!

Layout of home is great. Proximity to water perfect. Would have enjoyed a wider dock with railing on end for four fisherman. Hurricane shortened our stay so it became an expensive four days. Highly recommend for someone with a boat.

Perfect place to stay to visit ny family who live in Meritt, NC. Close by, easy to get to. Pretty farm roads, water views. Great layout and comfortable accommodations. Nothing more was needed, we were thankful to have this great house to come to.

What an amazing place! All of us kept commenting on how clean the place was and all the little touches. We will be staying here anytime we are in the area.

This home was ideal for a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway in coastal NC. The view from the patio was a major highlight. We enjoyed a lazy morning at home, poking around Oriental during the afternoon, and playing games back at the house in the evening. The yard was great for our dogs, and the house was a perfect size for the four of us. We would definitely visit again!

The house was lovely and the views from the deck made the space! The kitchen was well stocked with items and the house was nice and clean. The door locks are weird and slightly confusing but once I called the host, I was able to figure them out. Also, its worth noting that the driveway to the complex is a long, dirt road but you are going to the right place!

I think this is the 3rd time we have visited Oriental and stayed on one of the Frazier properties with our dogs. The properties and service have always been great. This property with the large fenced in yard was especially great for our dogs, and super close to downtown. And the view! We’ll def look for this property again.

Amazing location and the house is very nice and cost. We feel like home. Watching the sunrise while eating breakfast gives us a real break from everyday life. The beds are very comfortable and the space is just perfect for 6 people. Thank you for this opportunity to enjoy nature.

We enjoyed our stay at Neuse Village. Views were stunning and we felt right at home!

View was spectacular as shown in the listing. Condo has an elevator inside which was really convenient since we are seniors. Highly recommend and should we go back to Oriental this is where we will book. When we arrived the interior lighting in the elevator was not working but the property manager contacted their handyman and kept me notified about his progress to the site. Problem solved in about 30 minutes so we could unload. Great place to just chill out!
