There are neighbors and a road nearby, but you still have your own peace. The cottage is suitable as a base for, for example, a business trip, a departure/return overnight stay, a weekend trip to the capital or a cultural tour of Tuusulanjärvi. Stylish decor, a great glazed balcony and flexible schedules: early arrival (12:00 PM) /late departure (6:00 PM). Great location near the airport in the center of Tikkurila. Walking distance to the train station 10 min, from where there is a direct connection to the airport (10 min) or Helsinki city center (15 min). All long-distance trains also stop in Tikkurila. Large grocery stores (Prisma, K-Supermarket / 200 m / open 6 am-12 am) and lots of restaurants nearby. A warm garage space is available at an extra cost.

Welcome to stay in our cozy and peaceful studio, which is located in connection with our detached house, but on a completely separate floor. The apartment has a private entrance through our lower yard, where you will also find a parking space. The studio was renovated in 2020 and new furniture was also acquired at the same time. Saunakallio train station is 1 km from us and Helsinki-Vantaa airport is about 30 minutes. Sheets, towels, coffee, tea and sugar are included in the price.
