Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Oscar is a local Puerto Rican which made it so easy to support his business. He was so responsive and gave amazing check in instructions before we arrived! During our stay, he always responded quickly if we needed anything. The AC inside the home is so nice and cool. And the pool right on the beach was my favorite part! Absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing! 10/10!!

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

This was the second time I stayed and I will certainly be back. The location is central and convenient. The views are breathtaking. The apartment feels like home. I was even able to wash my clothes before returning home which was very convenient. I was there to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday and it did not disappoint one bit.

France’s place is great it’s near everything and very clean and it had all the essentials. She was also very responsive with our queries. We unfortunately arrived when the island had an unexpected blackout and we didn’t know what was happening Frances kept us updated on the situation and even offered to help if we didn’t want to stay. We decided to tough it out for the day and the power returned the following evening. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to Frances’ accommodation and recommendations.

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

My stay at this Airbnb was a solid 10/10. From the moment I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. The check in process was smooth with no issues. The apartment was super clean comfortable and very well styled. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need to chef it up. The living room was cozy with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The bedroom was favorite by far the bed literally felt like you were sleeping on a cloud I need the name of the mattress topper it’s a must have. The bathroom was super clean great pressure with hot and cold water and came with many extra toiletries that one might forget when traveling. The location was great just a block away from the beach many local restaurants a food mart cvs even a Burger King lol. The building was very quiet safe and secure with security on the premises. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for a great experience.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Great place to stay for your trip in PR. Close to all the great spots and Pat left great recommendations to try as well. She was very responsive, the space was clean and views were amazing!

Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, local tips, and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The property itself is stunning — perfectly named, as it's quite literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

The place is comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, with restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. The host and co-host are surprisingly accessible. They respond to messages almost instantly, which is hard to find. Since they didn't have the place rented after us, they extended the check-out until 3pm, which I appreciated because my reason for staying was for work and this allowed me to take it more calmly. it was my first time in PR by myself and Gloryvee was extremely helpful. her communication was amazing and answered any questions i had including her personal opinion on restaurants to try!! caution: it can get pretty noisy at night and early morning but there’s free ear plugs so it’s not the worst thing. other than that, perfect place to stay because everything is at walking distance.

This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

A very nice and well furnished apartment, best located, nothing was missing, we really enjoyed our stay

Lovely place. Stayed with my two teenage sons. There was everything I needed to hop in the shower immediately upon arrival after a day of travel - nice bath products and even toothbrushes. Spacious clean rooms were cool with their own AC. The neighborhood was the place to be for night life. Also, so much to do and see during the day. Noise was as expected. By 11pm I put plugs in and slept solid. My sons didn’t put earplugs in. They seemed to like the excitement at night. But they sure did sleep until checkout. Espresso machine wasn’t working - out of beans - which was a disappointment. I was really looking forward to it. Luckily there are many places to buy coffee and as close as across the street. Ceiling fans in the living room weren’t working. For me, it seemed a little too warm at night (even with the AC on) but my son slept fine. Parked at Cochera garage.

Lovely place. I found the kiving room a bit warm. I lived about 20 years in Old San Juan, and moved to a city nearby years ago. So it was nice to return to my hometown. Sara was great, she communicated whenever I needed information and the place was just as described. One note that had nothing to do with our host but it is important to note because I keep seeing people from the states move to Old San Juan and accept dead silence... On our first night, one neighbors woke us up while yelling at another (we guess they were annoyed with another guest staying at an Airbnb) so we went downstairs and talked for a bit after being woken up abruptly then 15 mins later a middle-aged blonde lady knocked on the window then on our door and asked us to be quiet. I have lived in Old San Juan all my life, and it happens. It’s a city. You don’t go around knocking on people’s doors/yelling at neighbors. If you want silence, stay in the mountains isolated its beautiful there too.

Mayra’s home was STUNNING. I could not believe my eyes upon entering. The pictures don’t do enough justice! I will stay here every time I’m in Puerto Rico. Mayra was helpful and responsive! 10/10!
