Conveniently located less than a mile from HEB and some of our city's best restaurants/shopping in the Lamar Park Center and only a few short miles away from breathtaking bay front views and a 20 minute drive to our warm sandy beach!

Had great stay here for several months, Ben and his staff were always responsive and helpful for situations that came up. The apartment building is located in very safe neighborhood, with walkable restaurants and stores nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable, with strong wifi, I highly recommend.

A compact kitchen area is visible, featuring a refrigerator and a small dining table with two stools. A decorative plant adds greenery to the corner, while round mirrors on the wall create visual interest. Soft lighting enhances the warm ambiance of the space.

it was a beautiful, clean little place too small for me for my expectations but I recommend 💯 for just one person. I didn't like where it was located and the parking other than that it was a good stay we only needed to sleep so it was ok.

Rustic. cozy. Quiet. Air was cold, shower was hot. Perfect for a place to crash for the night while I was adventuring in the RGV. I do wish I had a heads up about bringing my own drinking water. I suppose I could’ve missed it somewhere in the description. Definitely not a problem for me. I usually carry water bottles on trips like this. Also not shown or describe is the kitchen area. It was definitely adequate for my tonight‘s day. There are ample supplies along with a burner, toaster, microwave.

After spending three nights and four days watching baseball and checking out the city, it feels like Kingsville. Most of all, it was a comfortable place to stay. It reminded me of my grandmothers house, and it has a nostalgic vibe. It's not fancy, and there are some rough edges, but it's a cool place to stay if you are an intrepid traveler. If you like to live like a local, then this place is for you. Super convenient to the heart of the city. My wife and I stayed there and kept to the master bedroom, the living area, and the kitchen, but there is room for at least six people. The window units and ceiling fans did a good job keeping the room cool even after the temperature spiked to 104º on our first day there. It's a good option if you are interested in avoiding the cookie-cutter hotels on Highway 77. Erik and Joehanley were super nice, accommodating, and went out of their way to communicate with us.
