Fernando is a superhost for his communication and quick response, apart from some extras he offers (I won't mention them so as not to compromise him), but he provides extra amenities. The house is in one of the best areas of Cuernavaca in terms of privacy and security, ideal for resting and enjoying the house. We hope to return soon

As a recommendation for the next ones who want to rent, the place is quite large so I recommend going in large groups. Excellent place, facilities and pool; we really enjoyed it. The only thing we saw a little bad is that for times a lot of maintenance people come in and out and that feeling of privacy was lost a little but just in the pool area. I definitely recommend the property and the attention we had from the host was good.

I've been many times to Tepoztlan, my stay at Diana's place tops all other accommodations. A beautiful house close to the heart of town, an easy walk to many local businesses, while at the same time being private and calm. We enjoyed the pool every day, before and after our long walks, and slept through the night feeling like we're home. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

It is a beautiful house with everything you need to have a pleasant stay all the time you are there. My family and I had a great time, we don't have any "but" The pool is great because it is not very deep (1.10 to 1.30 m) and my nieces enjoyed it very much, the adults were also able to enjoy and swim without any problem. The super plus is that it is heated and is greatly appreciated because the warm water feels super rich. The house is impeccable, everything super clean, very well cared for, the bathrooms and kitchen working at 100. Mr. Alfredo's attention was super good. Since we booked, he communicated with me and he was always available to us. He is super friendly, very flexible and takes time to give recommendations and explain the whole operation of the house. Undoubtedly we would go back here again, the super recommend.

The house is very nice, better than in pictures. The beautiful garden, the warm and nice pool, the unbeatable roast area and the house really comfortable with everything you need and more, I loved the kitchen! My family and I had a great time. In addition to the house is wonderful, the great plus are Lulu and Alejandro, they help you in everything, they keep everything tidy and clean, they are aware of anything you need, they are very friendly. You feel at home and relax. I definitely recommend it, one of the best houses in Cuernavaca.

Where to begin! We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday and engagement over 4 days, and I’m not sure we could have found something more perfect. :) In addition to the stay itself, Ana coordinated one day for some exploration in nearby Cuernavaca (the state capital of Morelos), and another day for a cooking class (along with poolside hangs and massages). Her staff is incredible and accommodating (we felt absolutely pampered); the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and relaxing; the land/space itself is jaw-droppingly gorgeous; and my only wish is that we’d stayed a little longer to continue exploring Tepotzlán. We will no doubt find a way to return someday! :) Thank you so much again, Ana and crew!!! I went to an event very close to the place, so it was very convenient in that sense. The photos don't do the place justice, it's bigger than it looks, it's tastefully decorated and very clean, which helps you to relax better. The amenities included also exceeded our expectations. It's definitely a recommended place! Just as an additional observation, they have puppies that although they are locked up with a grille, when listening to our dogs they were constantly barking, I did not find it a major problem but it is worth taking into account.

Miguel is an excellent host, he resolves all questions on time and gives precise directions. The house was completely comfortable in terms of bedroom and bathroom space for the number of guests we were. It offers suggestions for places to eat or people who can offer that service at home; it provides references for nearby stores and even a nearby medical office that has a doctor 24 hours a day. A comfortable stay in every way, highly recommended

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Tepotzlan. The main house has 3 large bedrooms upstairs and the 4th that doubles as a library is just outside off the patio. The 5th bedroom is in the pool house and is the only one with double beds. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite making it convenient for our large group. A staff member met us at checkin to show us how to use the key and lock which was very helpful! We would highly recommend staying here!

The house is very father, the pool is warm, the cook and the boy are excellent people, they make you have a very nice stay. We'll definitely be back!

We liked the house, it is as described, we loved the pool, it is a good size, but we do recommend that you pay for the boiler service since the water is cold, the house has everything you need, Oxxo nearby and a plus to hire Mrs. Eli who helped us cook and treated us super well.

Our stay was truly wonderful. From the first moment, the hosts were always attentive and available for any questions or details, which made us feel very well received. Eduardo's attention was excellent, he was aware of us in every way. The house is very comfortable and the common ares (the palapa) is very good for breakfast, lunch, dinner, making a roast meat and living together. Highly recommended stay!

Very good service from Rafael and the lady who welcomed us. Very nice, large and elegant house! It fulfills everything promised and the stay was very pleasant and we were able to rest comfortably, which was what we were looking for. We hope to return soon and be able to take advantage of a longer period.
