E-house is located a few meters from the free beach (about 150), which can be reached through the convenient stretch highlighted in the photo. In 2 minutes you will find yourself on a private sandy beach even on the busiest days. No lido present. A few steps away, in the opposite direction, there are the best restaurants and pizzerias in the city as well as numerous swimming pools open to the public. The large veranda is shared with the other apartment but is divided by a partition that, if necessary, provides privacy.

You'll love my place because of the ambiance, the people, the neighborhood, the outdoors, and the light. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and groups.
