Access to the laundry behind the garage is available which includes a wash tub, washing machine and fridge. Guests may also use the outdoor bbq. All this is free of charge. In a central location within walking distance to the best pubs, restaurants and shopping that Palmerston North has to offer.

This is a very sunny house throughout the year with over 400 square metres of manicured lawn and, has parking for four cars.

It has its own lounge with sofa bed, work station and buffet counter. There is a seperate queen bedroom and ensuite with bidet. Our home is semi-rural providing peace and starry night skies. Our location is convenient being only 5-10 minutes to Summerhill shopping centre, IPU & Massey Uni. It is only 10-15 minutes to the city CBD.
