This is a great wee place, the gardens and surrounds are lovely. It was a shame it was the middle of winter, because the pool looked great too. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Really felt like a home away from home.

What an adventure! Such an awesome home. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to relax. Well provisioned kitchen made catering easy. The home was toasty warm and the beds very comfortable.

Booked this property for 2 work colleagues. They absolutely loved the property. It was so peaceful and easy to find, the hosts were super friendly and helpful, it had everything you needed. They would not hesitate to stay again. They will definitely be back when they are in the area.

Beautiful house in a quiet cup-de-sac. The garden is gorgeous too. Location wise this property offers access to town and beautiful walks nearby over the Manawatu River and through Fitzherbert Park.

Beautiful homely space, had everything we needed and was central to the city. Tracey was a great host very responsive and friendly.

Right from the start of making our booking Jaqueline was fast to respond to our request, On arrival it was easy to get into the home. The home was lovely and clean, Spacious for our big family. the kids were happy to find lots of fun activities/toys/secret rooms to explore and do. The bedding through out were lovely and cosy plus all the beds were comfy mattresses including the cot. The shower was good pressure. The lounge was cosy and the whole house was warm. Big back yard for the kids to run around plus the big tramp. Kids loved it! The Outside area from the front gate to the back was all Secure, so no need to worry if the little kids would get out. Everything you could think of was in their home, made it easy for us with all our children, we would love to go back again ☺️ Once again, Thank you Jacqueline for allowing our family to enjoy your beautiful home! What a great place to stay. Handy yo everything we needed, especially golf. Great check in treats, especially loved the OJ, Peanuts & Snickers Bars. The addition of a chipping net to practice in the back yard was a very special touch. Highly recommended & we'll definstely be back when next in Palmy. Thanks Jo for a great stay.

Great stay. Dwayne was always in touch. Turned up late and lights were on and heater also. Cozy. Small things like that make a great host. Awesome stay. Definitely stay again. Thanks again for the booking at short notice.

Outstanding value, cheaper than a hotel and so much nicer. Lots of space and privacy, comfortable amenities, underground parking garage. You may be able to arrange EV charging, ask ahead - but the Tesla chargers at the mall are very fast and convenient too. Active nightlife at the neighboring bar but the penthouse is high enough that it’s not too loud. Everything we needed was walkable.
