The large rear deck with pool and full outdoor kitchen is prefect for relaxing and alfresco dining. Fully equipped with all linen, towels (including beach towels), bathroom essentials, pantry provisions, Wifi and a gift basket. Even your pets are catered for too with bed, blankets, bowls, toys and treats. Sit back and enjoy the relaxing ambience of Iluka.

Private side access with plenty of parking leads to your own private yard and deck. Access to our shared pool through the gate and out the back onto the Clarence River reserve for some fishing or kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Yamba CBD and famous beaches. The space has a equipped kitchenette, BBQ on the deck, separate bathroom / toilet, NBN internet and access to laundry if required. Suits a single/couple or up to 4 people. It has a queen bed and a double sofa bed.
