Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Every time a 5-star experience & one of the best values for the price w/included Barefoot Beach Club amenities directly across street. Check in/out always a breeze w/clear communication/instructions - was ready early. Outside free parking 5 steps away & charming balcony/bench. Inside spacious, clean, comfortable, insulated w/ocean views from abundance of windows (has privacy curtains). Unit fresh/safe/secure. AC worked, airflow strong, big/clean SS appliances & stone counters. I used fridge/freezer + oven. Overstocked towels / toiletries for entire group. One BR had closet+hangers. Dressers/TV's in both. LR big screen TV w/cable, Playstation 4 (laggy but playable). Patience w/water pressure but hot. Ladies wanted bright mirror near outlet. Resort heated pool, hot tub & shallow wading pool crystal clear & fully functional. Pool warm, hot tub hot (levels out ~100 degrees due to sheer size. Relaxed vibes poolside w/light music. Beach groomed w/day beds affordable to rent ($20/day). LOVE!

I genuinely could not have found a better place to spend the night! The place was so cozy and beautiful, inside and out. The bed was SO comfortable! Marilyn was so sweet and kind. Next time i’m in the area, i won’t even look for another place and i’ll check to see if this is available. Could not have gone better. Thank you so much Marilyn!

I had a great long weekend at Jennifer’s place. Her local recommendations were super helpful. Entry was easy and the place was lovely. It was perfect for 4 days by myself for a work & fun trip.

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Recommend for families looking to check out a game or do any of the wonderful things available to do in Tampa!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Ybor City. Our hosts were kind, communicated well, and made our stay extremely convenient. The hot tub was very nice, and the roosters in the backyard added a nice charm. The location was also very convenient. We certainly would stay here again. 5 stars!

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is situated in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Outside, the yard is well kept and has lounging chairs and a dining table. Inside is clean and well appointed with everything you need to cook, clean, and relax. The owner is easy to get in contact with and was helpful with the few questions that we had. Overall we felt safe and comfortable here and enjoyed our time very much. We would definitely come back to this location.

My family and I had an amazing time here lots of places to drive to nearby. Even if you just want to stay in the house there is plenty to do whether it’s fishing at the nearby pond or chillin poolside and hot tub at night. We had fun playing pool and playing card games with the family at night. Hose was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The beds were also super comfortable which is a huge plus for me. I would definitely come back here again!

We had a great relaxing stay at Sunset Nest. The place was clean and welcoming, so close to the beach and shops and a few restaurants too. The beach cart was a nice addition which the children loved. Eric was very responsive as soon as we had any issues. The nearby road was louder than expected but the flat was very soundproof! Only really an issue when on the balcony/in the pool. It was a lovely place to stay.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

Had a very good time. Condo was how it was described. Check in process was very easy. Just fyi kiddie pool did not seem to be heated, but overall everything worked at great!

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!
