We booked Apt 1 for a 7-day stay to visit my Delray Beach office, with my husband joining for after-hours events. He worked from the AirBnB during the day while I was at the office, and found it quiet with reliable high-speed internet. The location was great, walking distance to Atlantic Avenue and my office, plus the pool, BBQ, and communal patio were a nice bonus. Though construction on a neighboring lot had just started, there was no disruption in noise or debris at the AirBnB. On the first night, we noticed a leak thru the bottom of the the shower door, notified Anne who arranged for a handyman to fix it promptly. We’d definitely book with Anne at this, or any of her properties again—she’s an excellent host.

We had a great stay at Summer’s place. Just a short walk to the beach, and she provided chairs and an umbrella. Great supermarket and upscale market located nearby, and close to many good restaurants, too. In an old hotel, which has thick walls that make Summer’s place much quieter than most new hotels. All in all a great home base for a trip to Palm Beach or West Palm, and a great host.

Our family rented the entire place (all 4 units) It was absolutely perfect. Each family had their own unit. The common area made it easy to hang out and relax without having to go far to do so. The location is absolutely perfect. It is walking distance to downtown Delray. We hope to be back next year!

While there was an issue that resulted in the room we secured being unavailable, Ynda was very apologetic and secured us a comparable room at the same location. This was a gift for my parents, and the new host treated them to lunch and a late check out. The location was lovely and they had a great time walking to the beach. Ynda gave great recommendations well in advance of the stay so we could research and pick the favorite places to visit.

A sandy beach extends along the shoreline, meeting a calm blue ocean under a clear sky. Gentle waves lap at the shore, and the horizon is unobstructed, enhancing the tranquil coastal atmosphere.

Palm Beach Little Gem

We just loved the space! Beautiful natural lighting, since it was a corner unit, fresh and immaculate. The hotel, overall, was pretty quiet. Sylvia was a gracious host and even offered us a bottle of wine on arrival. My only critique would be the parking situation. The hotel does offer valet services, but you are at the mercy of waiting for them to retrieve the car every time you want to use it. There is a parking pass that you can hang on your rear view mirror. The valet told us that it was only valid for the cross streets and not on the actual street of the hotel. This was confusing to us as there were signs on all the surrounding streets that stated one hour parking only. Would be helpful if there was more clarification on this. Otherwise, it is a very walkable, beautiful and safe area and we would stay there again for sure!

Ken was amazing! Our flight was delayed and when I contacted Ken he made sure we had snacks and drinks to come home to! We were so grateful for the extraordinary thoughtfulness! He was very accommodating and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Marie has done a fantastic job with Fernando Flats. It's got a great old Florida vibe to it and is very welcoming and comfortable. I had to change my plans several times and Marie was very accommodating and helpful. The pool area is very inviting with nice lounge chairs and even a sweet little waterfall/pond. There are plenty of umbrellas too if needed to shade yourself from the sun. The pool water temperature was nice and warm yet refreshing. You can tell so much love & care was put into this property. My room was so lovely - extremely comfortable and well appointed. Marie's assistant, Carmen is an absolute gem and super helpful too. The path to the beach is literally less than a five minute walk. Fernando Flats oozes charm, comfort and old Florida warmth. Can't wait to visit again! As an Airbnb Super host with a Guest Favorite property, I highly recommend Fernando Flats. You won't be disappointed!

The location is perfect….ocean views and beautiful sun in the morning, beach access across the street, and walkable to many attractions for us as a family with a 6 yo. Gary and Stacey were helpful and communicative. Couldn’t ask for a better spot in Juno beach….we had plan to return!

The room was just enough for my daughter and I for a college visit to PBA... nice to be able to spend one day on the beach ( the access was tricky but we asked around because so many gates say private so just ask a local unless its explained to you!) This is not the fault of the owner but I wish it was a rule of the hotel that vaping of cannabis products are banned... we smelled it every day in the halls, that was a turn off because the building is very nostalgic but that changed the tone a bit. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and overall experience. Our flight was late at night and really appreciated the few hour later checkout. It allowed us to enjoy the beach for a bit in the morning. Thank you

Tony was an excellent host. He communicated with me before my arrival to make sure I knew where to park When I arrived he helped me carry my bags up to his home. The home is immaculate. Tony described his neighborhood attractions to me and mentioned an excellent Italian restaurant within easy walking distance. Although I had to leave earlier than planned, Tony helped me carry my bags down to my car. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

we loved the place. we had a small hickup the first night checking in and our room was booked, however Adam responded very quickly and provided us with a small studio apartment for that first night and was kind enough to elocate us and compensate the small pickup. we went to the beach next day and by the time we were back he had our actual booked room available and it was spotless!
