Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

It was very pleasant stay. We felt very welcomed when we arrived, premises were shown thoroughly. Views are immaculate over the valley all the way to Rimini and ocean. Great place to spend time and visit nearby places like Rimini and San Marino.

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Best home we had so far and Nicolò is the perfect host.

Stefano and Cristina are just amazing. They are very friendly and outgoing, they responded to every need we had. We even asked if there is a place to buy homemade grappa, and they have offered us one of their bottles, truly amazing people. The place was more beautiful than the pictures. It was astonishing and breathtaking. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and secluded. There is a coal barbecue, which brings the best taste in meat upfront. All and all, the one of the best getaways ever, definitely a place you want to stay if you are visiting this area. Thank you so much yet again Stefano & Cristina for everything you have done for us during our stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, all the amenities are impeccable, they make you feel very well received and at home. The service from Barbara, the owner, was excellent, attentive to everything that was required and with wonderful treatment, seeking to assist in the kindest and most special way possible.

Host Maddalena was committed, helpful, and just like the host should be! Grazie Maddalena, molto grazie! A very large house, consisting of three separate and large apartments (in each two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen) for this comfortable large terrace, well-maintained greenery, space for cars. So even small children could play freely. The house looks much better than the photos :-) Interestingly, and I don't think there's a mention, the house is tailored entirely to people in wheelchairs, and so families with young children in gondolas or sapettes will feel comfortable. The neighborhood is secluded, away from tourists and the crowd. Around beautiful, rocky mountains where you can hike at will. It's an hour's drive to the sea (to Fano, where there are cool, shallow bathing behind breakwaters - for children just right). The nearest store is a 10-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket (Familia) is a 25-minute drive away. In the area, like a host, there are several places where locals bathe in mountain rivers and one beautiful, small lake (northwest of Piobbico). The only drawback is that the neighbor has a few dogs that sometimes decide to bark, but it wasn't a nuisance enough to disrupt our stay. We were looking for a homey, quiet, away from tourist madness, and Villa Glicine is just like that. I recommend it with a clear conscience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

The host Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The house looks like the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with every problem.

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this villa. The house is huge, well maintained and very welcoming. Furnishings chosen precisely and carefully to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and the indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun. We had a great and relaxing time in Villa Lamatra. Marco and Roberta are perfect hosts and the Villa is a dream! The pool is very big and the house has everything you need. I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

The holidays were perfect. It is a very nice and large house, in a very good location. There is a small bakery 5 minutes by car. There is a beach 15 minutes drive away. The host is very friendly and the service is great. The pool is big enough and the view is beautiful. There are no direct neighbors, you are on your own. There is a large terrace, in the afternoon the terrace is in the shade.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Absolutely astonishing! Great place for a larger group, very clean, enough space, calm and great landscape. Loris (housekeeper) was a great support for any questions. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous. It's quiet and very much off the beaten track, yet easy to get around from. The hosts were lovely and very responsive at any time.

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.
