Absolutely breathtaking

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

I had an absolutely incredible time! The property was stunning, and the host was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this place; it truly exceeded all my expectations!

Villa dei Melogani (Pomegranate Villa) is cinematic, something from a movie. It lives up to its billing, offering a huge country house to share with friends & relatives & many spaces for enjoying the outdoors: orchards, vegetable gardens, a small bamboo forest, wild blackberries, a backdoor patio under the oleanders where a fox visited us one evening. The standout feature is the pool. It was the key reason we chose this particular property and it did not disappoint—huge enough to accommodate all seven of us and long enough to enjoy a daily laps regime. It also kept us cool through super-hot August days. Milan-based owners Alberto & Lucia were ultra-responsive & full of fun local suggestions. Orietta left the place spotless & gave a welcoming tour. Groundskeeper Giuseppe was a daily delight—dropping off gigantic fresh tomatoes, eggs, & baskets of wild blackberries. Umbertide is also beautiful, a hilltop mediaeval gem of excellent restaurants & history. Would go back in a second!

We booked this beautiful property to celebrate NYE with a group of friends. We were 16 in total and we had a wonderful time together. The property has all the amenities and the rooms are cleaned and comfortable. The communal spaces were spacious so that we can have our meals together. I have a small suggestion, for future references it would be great to have all the basic spices in the kitchen such as salt, pepper and sugar.

The host Andrea was very helpful and responsive. The house looks like the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with every problem.

I can only recommend this wonderful villa! We booked for the last week of July and were two families for a total of 4 adults and 5 children from 2 to 12 years old. We loved the feeling of being alone and free in a fantastic location with every amenity. The pool is perfect for kids. The weather was fantastic with 35° every day and almost no clouds. All sleeping rooms have their own bathroom and air conditioning everywhere that works very well. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, two fridges, dishwasher and all cutleries that you may need even for a big group. A washing+dryer machine is available in the basement. There is even a nice BBQ! The garden around the house invites for a little walk and has also many fruit trees (figs, peaches, apricots, cherries, pears..). For extra relax, two whirlpools and a sauna.. Just perfect :-)

Lovely house! Plenty of room for our family from 1-66 years old. Large garden with room for play, nice kitchen and good, large bedrooms with each its own nice bathroom. Communication with the host went perfectly. The view to the mountains and Cortona was wonderful. We only missed a little warmer weather; -)

We had a wonderful warm stay the the beautiful la Poderina Vila, the villa surrounded by beautiful nature and amazing river just at the backyard and the place itself is super beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay ❤️ Fransesco our host was always so kind and warm and willing to help and recommend on nice places to visit and it really felt like he want us to enjoy our stay ! We were a group of 16 people, half adults, half teenagers, who spent one week at Ostipellago49, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. A beautiful and rustic former farmhouse turned into four separate flats fully equipped to house our large group. Although we missed a communal kitchen, we managed to use one of the kitchens as our main cooking area and made good use of the multiple barbecue options. The small vegetable garden provided us with fresh lettuce and tomatoes free of charge. During the hot afternoons, the pool area was a prime spot for relaxation with the plentiful sunbeds, shady canopies and a large pool. Even after returning back home, Theresa and Valerio continued to provide great service, sending us a hoodie that one of us had forgotten. The language barrier was easily managed via mobile translation tools. We offer our best recommendations.

Tegolaio was the perfect place for our group or friends. We were able to visit around the wonderful Umbria and Toscana or just stay at home reading in one of the multiple cosy areas of the house or simply chilling by the pool. Plenty of room for everyone. The 4 bathrooms and showers are surprisingly modern and the bedrooms classy. The kitchen is a dream full of every item you can think of. Having lunch or dinner under the impressive wisteria or having breakfast looking at the mountains, our favorite moments every day. Andrew was fun, kind and very very helpful. Already thinking of repeating next year. Just the perfect stay!

We have just returned from Casa Rosata and wow, what a beautiful place! This was one of the most relaxing holidays that I have ever had - I didn’t want to leave! You could never get bored of the view from the house! Thank you to Luigina who was always on hand for advice and would check in to see if we were ok. The house has everything that you need. We had plans to travel around a lot more whilst we were there however, we chose to spend more time around the house and pool, making use of the pizza oven and bbq.

Fantastic place and really well maintained. Very large outdoor spaces. Large apartments, just right, clean and well maintained. Mrs. Luciana is very kind and helpful. The pool has a very nice view and is well maintained. Clearly you have to have a car because there is nothing nearby on foot but by car in 5/10 minutes you have everything you need. Highly recommended stay.

We wanted a large place to stay for a gathering of schoolmates, this solution was perfect. With a small renovation, this villa, consisting of three apartments, would become a fabulous accommodation.

Villa Formica is a very nice place if you want to visit Rimini, Riccione etc. We visited the ville in July 24 with a group of seven people and it was awesome. The communication with the host is super easy and you get the responses very quick. Check-in and check-out were very easy and flexible. We can definitely recommend that place.

This is one of the most wonderful villas to stay in around Umbria. The space itself feels like a comfortable home and the views are seriously magical. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to explore the area from there, as long as you have a car. Rolando was the perfect host. Super responsive and sent through a lot of recommendations and suggestions as well as connecting us with chefs and drivers as needed. Everything was perfect, and as a very frequent traveller this is not something I would say often at all. This is a very special place.

Amazing Villa, with incredible view. Great host

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa ai Cedri and a perfect authentic Italian holiday. The House is absolutely amazing everything you need is there and the views with the landscape and the pool were stunning. Giovan was always really helpful and responded super fast to any questions. Overall we can only recommend staying here as families or as friend groups.

Alesandro and his father were some of the best hosts we have ever had. The place is lovely and in a great location. Pictures don’t do it justice. But what really stands out are the hosts- from helping arrange and buy surprise for our parents 50th wedding anniversary to patience with our many questions- we really were impressed.

Very peaceful place, just what we needed. Paolo was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and view are absolutely amazing and the house is big enough for a big group of people. Especially the outdoor furniture was very nice and the communication was great! Just a note for future guests: the track to the house is not easy to pass with some cars.
