The house is NOT air-conditioned but the temperature is comfortable inside. A traditional-modern house in a province that love dogs and roosters! (They are everywhere on the island). A house not far from Paliton beach, and a 5-7 minute drive to restaurants, bar and cafés. There is also a restobar nearby. Has an outdoor kitchen and is equipped for longer stay. (30% off for monthly stay and 7% off for weekly)

It is a very peaceful place yet is centrally located to the main tourist town of San Juan and just a short walk across the road to the Marine Sanctuary where you can snorkel at your leisure. There are only a few other houses surrounding the cottage, local families.
