First of all, the view from the terrace of the apartment is so beautiful, it's actually breathtaking! The pictures don't do it justice! The area is very nice, the local beach is only 2 mins away - a short walk down the path from the apartment building. The apartment itself is very nice, clean, newly renovated and furnished, it had a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine with pods and everything else, that we needed. We felt right at home and didn't feel like leaving:) Our host Bill was truly wonderful, always so helpful, and he gave us great recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the surrounding towns - Nea Irakltsa, Nea Peramos and Kavala. Thanks to our wonderful host, in front of the building there was always a place for us to park our car. The most famous beach in Northern Greece - Ammolofi beach, is only 15 mins away by car, so we were going there every day. All in all - great visit, great host and great stay. We hope we can come back soon again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This is amazing place, for people who want to enjoy on the beach, swim and watch the sunset from their own porch or sunbeds just in front of the sea. Outside is pebbles and maybe 2 meters on the entrance in water, and than sand. Clean water, good for swimming, fishing and diving. House have all we needed, full of sea details. You should have slippers for water, some repellent against mosquitos, ants, flies etc.. because somethimes you will need it outside. Rooms have nets, so it's ok inside. We have never been closer to the sea till now and that was incredible experience, real vacation, with rear people around us. Also, very good location for exploring nice beaches if you want and many other places. Thank you Aversa, our host, for kindness and all the information, and for sharing this quiet, cute house with all of us. See you again, Perišić family.

Have to admit, it was probably the most beautiful Airbnb I have stayed in. private beach, huge terrace, everything was exceptional clean. The communication with Dimi was quick, easy and always reachable. Thanks for the recommendations btw. Only thing I found missing at this price level, which is kind of necessary but complaining at a high level from me, we had to buy salt, pepper, oil and all those kitchen necessaries by ourselves which is kind of expensive on the island. Nevertheless we would always come back. :)

A great private villa to enjoy, suitable for big groups. The garden and pool stand out, outside is stunning. Inside is a little bit old und outdated but there will be renovations soon as we were told by the owner. The billiard was a good touch. The owner is really helpful and friendly, we had a few problems and he managed to solve them. We will be back here next year!!

This place is awesome! Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay at Marina and Panos’ place. We felt just like we are at home, we had everything we need in the apartment. Marina was a very helpful and positive host and always answered all our questions, The location is very close to the city center and also has very easy and fast access to the beach. The place is a whole first floor of a three floor house. There is a private yard for the guests with a large palm, lots of space to play, a hammock and a big round table for lunches outdoors. Indoors the house has a living room area, bed area well isolated from the kitchen and dining space by a portable wall, a bedroom with large double bed and lots of wardrobes and a bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything you need for cooking at home. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, we found both ergonomic and regular pillows. The house is in very quiet area and has outer blinds on all windows so sleeping is great there! There are nice touches and handmade decorations everywhere that made us feel at home! But the best experience was meeting and talking with Vladimiros parents. They are such a nice people, very welcoming and kid friendly. Sofia had prepared a meal for us when we arrived and cooked a great breakfast once. Iordanis took care of us when there was an issue with the water supply in Palio - he switched on the water tank the house has and even brought us a dozen of water bottles! The dog is also lovely, our son liked to play with it a lot :-) Will definitely consider staying at the house again if we visit Palio.

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. We had a great holiday we lost track of time. The home has a great location. You open a door, walk three steps and you are on the beach. It's not luxury, but it has everything you need. We were impressed how well the house was slept in. It may not feel that it has become lunch. Symeon responds immediately and goes out of her way to help in any way. Our teens were very pleased and next year they plan to be here again. There are many establishments in the vicinity, but without it being noisy.

The beach where the house is located is really perfect, the sea is sandy and the house is a 1-minute walk from the sea, it is not facing the beach, but the rear building adjacent to it, the house is a duplex on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the bedrooms are 2 on the upper floor, there is a raft and a large bathroom on the lower floor, the house is spacious. It has a terrace, my mother and I were very pleased, thank you for everything, I hope we will come again.

Basically we had a very nice stay. The location is really perfect for relaxing days at the sea and especially with kids is very convenient that the beach is just across the little street. With regard to limited cleanliness I am sure that Ilias will improve the situation as he was not aware of all things which we provide him as a personal feedback. Although the Frog beach bar is next to the apartment it never was to noisy etc..

This was the best sea site accommodation, I have had ever. Within the nature -big garden, above the sea, wonderful sun rises and moon sea path view from the enormous veranda, a minute walk distance from the beach through a private door, fully equipment house, including canoe, umbrella, sunbeds, games, barbecue....great restaurant-5 mins walking. Polite and friendly host. Definitely I will be guest again.

5 stars is a little, we give you SEVEN! We are delighted with everything: apartment, furniture, welcome, communication but also by the landscape and surroundings. Located on the seashore, with all the windows to the sea, in a quiet area from which you have access in a radius of a few km to the amusement area and from which you can start in mini-courses in the surroundings, we covered an area of over 100 km towards Thassos and Thessaloniki. The cherry on the cake was Mount Athos, at a distance of 100km (an hour and a bit by car) but which really can be seen from the window when it is clear. We highly recommend and aim to come back.

We were there with four children (8,11,13,14) and the house was just perfect for us. Plenty of space and large rooms, the kitchen is perfectly equipped as we like to cook every day. The beach is 5 minutes away and the city center is about 10 minutes on foot. Very nice, friendly and accommodating hosts. Very good value for money. We would come back any time. Netflix was the highlight for the kids. :)

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation with a lot of love for detail. We were immediately impressed by the proximity to the beach and a private pool. Because we were looking for just that. We weren't disappointed with this space. In the evening and noon you can eat very well in the city about 5 minutes away. Shopping facilities are also provided. Aglaia was very likeable to us from the beginning and answered our questions in no time. We would like to come again as we also generally liked the island with its numerous beaches.

We had an amazing time at Villa Evian! From the moment we checked in (Evgenis invited us to check-in 2 and a half hours earlier) to the moment we left, we felt at home. The house is just as beautiful as the photos! It has everything you need while on vacation. We were a party of ten, of various ages and there was something for everyone to do. The pool was an extra bonus and everyone loved it. The beach was very close, however we opted to go by car since we carried a lot of things and had older people with us. Evgenis organized a sailing trip for us which was absolutely amazing! We spent nine hours on a beautiful sailboat which took us around local islands, beautiful quiet beaches, water was pristine, turquoise and absolutely stunning. In addition, Evgenis has arranged for home made food of great variety to be delivered on the boat in advance. It was delicious! The captain and his son were very sweet, we had a lovely time! This was by far our best vacation so far! Thank you Evgenis!

The bakery, market, pharmacy, sandy and reataurants were within walking distance of the house. The location of the house was quite good. The treats offered when checking in and checking out were very nice. They provided a cleaning service in between. They provide treats at that time. They were with us when we needed them. Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

Thank you for everything! We had a wonderful week at this fantastic place. Lisa's family welcomed us and was always available if we needed anything. There were homemade treats and various in the fridge for breakfast on arrival. During the holidays, we were also allowed to taste self-picked wild asparagus, so delicious! The house is great, especially the garden! We were there with our two children who were able to occupy themselves wonderfully. Fall asleep to sea noises and wake up to birdsong in the morning, just wonderful! Thanks for everything!

The place is super comfortable and kids-friendly. Tzuliana is amazing host and you can feel right at home. The house and the garden are well cared for and really beautiful.
