Typical house with independent entrance near the beaches. Bus stop 20 meters from the house. Close to supermarkets,restaurants,bars, evening markets,parties in the square,boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena.lucernary bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces,no one prohibits being able to hang out on the street,the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door to exchange a chat in the summer evenings,we find all this very characteristic! Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Per la magica vista dal gigantesco divano o per la splendida piscina condominiale, tornerai anno dopo anno. Apartment overlooking the beach, recently renovated. Ideal for families. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the Porto Faro lighthouse and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. You leave the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation of at least 2 consecutive weeks is required. Extra bed linen and towels are provided, only upon request (30 euros/person). N.B. A TOURIST TAX is due.
