The listed villa is located about 60 meters from the Qube main house. There are 21 modern and high-quality furnished rooms with elevator and air conditioning. The beautiful, historic staircase is characterized by old sandstone and oak stairs and by impressive stained-glass windows with Art Nouveau elements. In the villa is also the Qube garden with a 200 sqm sun terrace and extensive lounge equipment.
