My place is right on the rue Saint-Honore across from the new Saint Laurent store. You can go jogging in the morning in the Jardin des Tuileries which is a stone's throw away, as is the Louvre, the Palais Royal and the Place Vendôme. It's cozy, bright, well finished with solid oak, white marble, linen from Merci, Bisazza tiles, iitala tableware etc. Good for solo adventurers, business travelers and couples. Please note that I follow Airbnb's new, enhanced cleaning & sanitizing protocols.

This charming 23 m² studio flat in an old building in the heart of Paris overlooks a courtyard. Quiet and pleasant, on the 4th floor without a lift, it is close to the Belleville metro station on lines 11 and 2; direct to Châtelet, Père Lachaise and Pigalle. Close to Ménilmontant and République, Belleville is a trendy, working class and mixed neighbourhood, popular with young people. My flat is in good condition and the bathroom has been refurbished.
