Está a dos estaciones de metro de Feria de Madrid, a tres del Aeropuerto de Barajas y a cuatro de Nuevos Ministerios, como por turismo. Also an ideal apartment to stay while enjoying the breathtaking wonders of Madrid (shopping and sightseeing). Realmente bien comunicado del centro por metro o autobús, o visita a familiares (al lado está la M-40, M-11 y M-30). El estudio posee 1 dormitorio y capacidad para 3 personas. Alojamiento de 40 m² confortable y moderno. Dispone de plancha, acceso internet (wifi), secador, aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, 1 Televisor. Está equipado con aire acondicionado y calefacción por bomba de calor. La cocina americana, está equipada con nevera, microondas, lavadora, vitrocerámica, vajilla/cubertería, utensilios/cocina, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y exprimidor. Este apartamento goza de una maravillosa localización en la ciudad de Madrid, se encuentra a escasos metros a pie de tiendas y restaurantes, y a una escasa distancia de diferentes medios de transporte públicos que te conectan en pocos minutos con el centro de la ciudad. Capacidad para hasta 3 personas, con un acabado y equipamiento de lujo, completamente reformado y sin carecer de detalle. La habitación cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, exterior con mucho luminosidad y baño con todo lo necesario (gel, champú, una amplia ducha, espejo iluminado con LED, etc.). Respecto a la cocina, de estilo americano y conectada con el salón, presta todas aquellas comodidades y utensilios para que no escasee el confort durante su estancia. Aunque el estudio consta de una habitación, ésta es espaciosa y hay una cama de matrimonio, mesitas de noche y armario empotrado. Además, el salón-comedor-cocina dispone de un sofá-cama muy cómodo y práctico. Also the sitting room/dinning room is fitted with a sofa-bed. Otros servicios: - conexión WiFi por fibra óptica, - TV, - toallas, sábanas, gel, champú, secador, plancha y tabla para planchar, - posibilidad de solicitar cuna con coste adicional (30€), - y posibilidad de emitir factura. Cuando llegues al piso, te recibiré en persona. Si, por cualquier motivo, no pudiera hacerlo, te ofreceré la opción de un auto check-in. El check-in libre tiene lugar de 16 a 18 horas. El check-in después de las 18:00 y hasta las 21:00h. tendrá un cargo adicional de 20€ a pagar en efectivo por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Tenemos la opción de check-in autónomo durante esas horas y es gratuito. El horario de check-in es hasta las 23 horas, tal y como se indica en las normas de la casa. Si, por circunstancias ajenas a nosotros (retrasos de vuelos, etc.) llegáis después de las 23h, os puedo ofrecer la opción de que alguien os reciba en persona (no hay posibilidad de auto check-in y el check-in debe ser en persona) y, en este caso, tendréis que abonar 35€ en efectivo en el momento de entrega de las llaves. De 01h a 02h, 50€. Después de las 02h NO es posible alojarse en el piso. El huésped será responsable del coste del servicio de cerrajería en caso de pérdida u olvido de llaves dentro del piso (150€ a pagar al cerrajero antes de abrir el piso). Las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas están estrictamente prohibidas bajo sanción de las autoridades competentes. Las camas y toallas están preparadas para el número de personas indicado en la reserva. No está permitido alojar a más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. En caso de que olvide alguna pertenencia en el alojamiento, es responsabilidad suya hacerse cargo de ella. Aunque nos comprometemos a guardarlas durante un tiempo limitado, deberá enviar a alguien en su nombre a recogerlas. Es importante que nos notifique la pérdida de sus pertenencias y que le informemos de que serán recogidas en un lugar distinto del alojamiento.
