Es una casa muy cómoda, esta en medio de las sierras chicas, ubicada en un lugar alto con mucha vista para descansar por la privacidad de la misma. Si bien estas en medio de las sierras, en pocos minutos (4 Km) podes estar en un gran supermercado donde tenes para comprar lo que necesites , patio de comidas y hasta cine. Puede ser un punto importantes si el objetivo es recorrer Córdoba, ya que el camino del cuadrado que comunica las sierras grandes esta a 10 Km aproximadamente.
