A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Keväälle 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla Äkäslompolon palveluiden ja aktiviteettien läheisyydessä. Valaistut hiihtoladut, skibussi/bussipysäkki ja kesällä uimaranta sijaitsevat kävelymatkan päässä. Pyöräilemään ja patikoimaan pääsee suoraan lomahuvilan pihasta. Huvila sopii erinomaisesti kahdelle perheelle, useammalle sukupolvelle tai vaikka aikuisporukassa aktiivilomaa viettäville. Yksitasoisesta huvilasta löytyy 4 makuuhuonetta ja kaksi erillistä wc:tä.

Rannalla on mökkiläisten käyttöön kaksi laavua, joissa tulisijat. Kalastusmahdollisuus. Vuokraamme myös veneitä ja moottoreita. Tuo mukanasi omat liinavaatteet tai makuupussi. Syksyisin metsästys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Talvisin ja keväisin loistavat mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun, reitti kulkee vierestä. Reilun 20 min ajomatkan päässä on Ritavalkean hiihtokeskus.

Kalastajan, eräilijän, tai vain rauhaisaa paikkaa hakevan paratiisi! Tämä kohde sijaitsee Kolarissa, Lappean kylässä. Lappea on tunnettu kalastajien poukamana. Sisältä löytyy olohuone, jossa iso kivitakka, kerrossänky ja sohva, hyvin varusteltu tupakeittiö, sekä avoin makkari parisängyllä. Sauna puukiukaalla löytyy myös. Ulkotiloissa on avoin laavu.
