Our stay at this beautiful and historic home in Roanoke was truly unforgettable. The house itself is stunning! It was spacious, charming, and filled with character. Bob's place is a very practical update of the upper floor of a Grandin Village four-square home. Very roomy and well-laid out with all modern conveniences. Love the place and the area. Walking distance to Grandin Village downtown with historic theater, several restaurants, and a co-op grocery. Easy drive to everything else in Roanoke. We came into town for the Blue Ridge Marathon races. Will definitely try to stay here again.

What a gem! Close to downtown and walkable to all Lewisburg had to offer. Charming little home with all the amenities. Tastefully decorated with interesting things. Excellent communication and detailed local guide. We will stay again on our next Lewisburg trip.

My fiancé and I stayed in Red Bud with our little dog for 6 nights and loved it so much! The view was incredible and we enjoyed how quiet our surroundings were. Having a cup of coffee on the porch every morning was like a dream. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. We were surprised because it had everything we needed plus more! Most cabins are bare bones but not this. Also if you are someone in need of internet, the internet was perfect and gave us no trouble. We also arrived at night and it was of course very dark, I messaged Rich to help us get to the cabin and he called me and stayed on the phone with us until we were there, which was super appreciated. As far as activity recommendations, the immediate area is pretty remote, but we drove one day (about 40 mins maybe?) to Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory (short but very pretty hike!) and then went to the Cheese ‘n More Store for a sandwich after. The perfect day trip! Both are worth the drive/visit. We will be back!

I want to be the most fair with my review the house was a little dirty there was dust in the floor, kitchen and drawers in the rooms one of the beds sounds the host is very friendly and super quick replies the house is in a very quiet area and the house is very well equipped just need the cleaning team to do their job well

Easy to find, comfortable, everything we needed for a weekend stay to visit our son at Radford. Great location for that. We also appreciated the parking space reserved for us behind the house. We would stay again!

Chyrel’s place was amazing! Such a nice and cozy stay, everything was clean and there were so many amenities. Chyrel was also so helpful and communicative, it was such a pleasure to stay at her place. Highly highly recommended staying here if you’re looking to be in the Roanoke area!

Stayed at this beautiful home as a halfway point. We were blown away with how cute and comfortable this home was. The attention to detail not only made us feel at home, but our kids as well. The artwork and furniture also made this place extra unique! Highly recommend!
