Very nice place not overlooked and very quiet while being not far from the city center, less than 10 minutes walk. Ability to park a small car in the property which is not insignificant in town. Everything perfectly clean, new and stylishly furnished with very good taste. The property is completely closed with walls and fence. Perfect for our boys to play. We only spent one night at Patrick's but we enjoyed his place which was clean, functional and as described. Patrick was responsive and friendly, and flexible on our check-in schedule. The accommodation is well located in a quiet residence and we were even able to visit downtown Vannes (about ten minutes by car) for the evening. We recommend it!
