Nice place, a cozy place, good service

I had a really nice stay, the place was super clean and cozy. The host has fixed the water issues and the water is clear as sky :) The place has a very calm neighborhood. Will definitely come back and recommend this to my friends

Highly recommended for staycation or shooting, modern design, and complete facilities. The atmosphere is quiet, making it the perfect location for shooting MV, including large-scale productions such as shooting from our team, Nagaswara.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dwitya’s place on the 35th floor of Transpark Bintaro, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless and immaculately clean the entire unit was. It’s clear that Dwitya takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for her guests. The unit is beautifully designed and equipped with all the VIP amenities you could ask for, including high-speed Wi-Fi, premium toiletries, a fully stocked kitchenette, and even complimentary beverages. The attention to detail in every corner of the apartment is remarkable, making it feel like a home away from home. What really stood out to me was the breathtaking view from the 35th floor. Watching the sunset from the unit was a memorable highlight of my stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and public transportation. Perfect Family Getaway! Our family had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's apartment. From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. I stayed here for 60 days and it never disappoints. Permata Hijau suites is such a luxurious apartment block with amazing facilities. The staff working as security and concierge were super friendly and helpful. On top of that, the flat I stayed in was extremely homely. I had no complaints. I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend

The unit is homey, according to the picture. before check-in it's been wa by the housekeeper, so communication can be faster. clean, complete amenities, direct pool in front of the unit. private elevator and free parking for guests as well

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Patrick is a really great host. He's always responsive, clearly gave instructions. His unit is cozy, well-maintained, and the apartment itself is modern, smells good, plus friendly staffs in the lobby. Also it only takes less than 3 mins walk to Green Sedayu Mall. Would like to stay there again!
