Vacation rentals with a patio in Pagbilao

Place was well located. Near the church and eating places. New and clean.

Lei's place was perfect for our family, including my senior parents. Its walking distance to the church, restaurants and tsinelas shopping. The place is new and very complete in amenities. We loved the super clean and nice smelling linen, pillows and towels.

My husband and I decided to have a spontaneous trip to Laguna during the holy week. Ms. Lei is very responsive to my queries and gave me clear instructions how to check in. We were welcome by her mother and we were well assisted. Her mother is friendly too! The place is new and was told we were the first one to use the place (really felt fortunate for that). And we felt like we just moved in to our new home. We brought a car with us and as the listing described, parking is by the street. Tbh, that was one thing I was worried prior to booking but Ms. Lei made sure it is safe. And since it was also the holy week and a church was nearby, as expected there were a lot of cars by the neighborhood during our stay but gladly we were given a reserved parking (just inform them). And yes, our car is safe during the stay (it's worry free). Kitchen essentals were also provided and they even have water for drinking. Overall, we had a good rest and we enjoyed our stay! Communicating with Doc Dana was fast, she’s welcoming and answers thoroughly. We booked for 3 nights and were greeted by Gina and Jam, both very kind. The room was clean, with two queen beds and hotel-like sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with Sir Patrick (owner), who introduced us to Kuya Danny and his grandkids Jerome and Renz for a fairly priced boat ride. We visited Kwebang Lampas and crystal-clear beaches like Talisay - fishes everywhere! Renz even found a big starfish for a photo. You can request meals from their menu; Ms. Ruth is super accommodating. We also dined at Silangang Nayon, just 5 mins away. Our last night was videoke night, quiet hours start at 10pm, which is fair. We loved the game room (pool, table tennis, dominoes) and the spacious patio with an ocean view. Perfect for a fun and relaxing family trip!

Great accommodation--truly felt like home away from home. The photos made me book the unit, but I would say it looks ways better in person and really worth it. If you're looking for a peaceful place with reliable indoor amenities and net connection, this is a perfect one for you. It is neat, clean, and very well-maintained. I work remotely as well and it just did it for me. I will certainly come back. Worth your money!

We had such a great and fun weekend! And the place is just 3 min walk to the beach. The place was also comfy and had everything we needed! Hosts are also so understanding and very responsive. Would definitely go back here :)

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Ms. Regina and Ms. Rhodora were very responsive to all my inquiries. The place was incredibly relaxing, and my mother especially loved its cozy atmosphere. The house is clean and smells great, with a pleasant lavender scent. Best of all, each room upstairs has its own private bathroom. The place is conveniently close to the beach, and we also enjoyed our time at Tamarind Cove Resorts. It was peaceful and not crowded—perfect for both kids and the young at heart. We’re very grateful to Ms. Regina and Ms. Rhodora for their kindness in allowing us to decorate the home for our daughter’s 18th birthday celebration. The house is very nice and the host was responsive during our 2-night stay. Good view of Mt. Banahaw and Mt. Cristobal from the roof deck. We’re a big group, but we all fit comfortably inside the house.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.
